We were pleasantly surprised to see how well the VRBO description matched the apartment. Donatella was very quick and helpful when answering any questions we had. She also arranged our transportation from/to the airport. When we arrived at the apartment check in was very easy and we found the refrigerator and pantry had some snacks and drinks stocked for us. The nicest touch was the Christmas tree that was in the living room. We really appreciated that. We walked to many of the things we wanted to see like the Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and many piazzas. We went walking along the river almost every morning and really enjoyed watching the sunsets over the city from the terrace over Piazza del Popolo. Both of those places are only a couple blocks from the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were 3 generations and the apartment was perfect for us. We really enjoyed having a casual breakfast in the kitchen. And, it was great to have a place to gather (the living room) after a day of sightseeing to chat and have a cocktail and play board games before going out for dinner. There are many wonderful restaurants in the area. We walked to dinner every night - - no need for a taxi. Also, loved having a washer dryer.
In addition, there were some very nice touches. There was a Christmas tree in the living room. There were traditional Italian Christmas cakes, as well.
If you are looking for an apartment for a family, look no further!

Very nice property! Great location. We walked to almost all of the historical landmarks. Piazza del Popolo is blocks away and is the hub for dining and shopping.

This is the perfect location to get around Rome. It is located in between the Vatican and the Colosseum. There was a variety of resources available-Metro or taxi, restaurants or markets, ATM, etc.

We really liked staying at Donatella’s apartment. It was a 4 bdrm and 3 bathrooms apartment that was spacious and provided privacy for all. The air conditioner worked well enough for our October 29- November 1 , 2023 stay. She stocks the fridge w snacks and drinks which is really a nice treat. Location is very quiet and 3 blocks from train station. I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to stay 15 minutes away from Spanish steps.

The apartment is in a reasonably quiet part of the city and was beautifully presented and clean with everything that you need as your base in Rome. Donatella was incredibly helpful throughout the booking and checking through to us vacating the apartment. It was a little bit of a walk to the main parts of the city, but we were prepared for a lot of walking anyway plus it is not far from the Metro and also the beautiful Piazza del Popolo with its mix of exclusive brands and wonderful food and coffee.
The best comment I can give is that when we come back to Rome (which needs lots of visits to capture the scale of the culture and beauty), we would definitely pick this apartment again.

Our family of 9 (6 adults, a 5 month old, an 11 month old and a 2 year old) spent 2 nights at this impeccable and air conditioned apartment. The gracious host, Donatella, was amazing in answering all our questions, providing us with cribs for the babies and arranging transportation from the airport and then to our car rentals. We very much appreciated the food and beverages she provided for our arrival. Marco was there to greet us and ensure a seamless check in. The location is perfect! We walked to many of Rome’s beautiful treasures and fantastic restaurants. Would highly recommend this fabulous apartment!

Three couples traveling together needed a place with 3 BR and 3 baths. This was perfect (even had a 4th bedroom). Very clean and well-equipped. Sylvia met us at check in at the agreed time and answered all our questions. We also had good communications with Donatella through the VRBO app. Very good location--walk, taxi, or Metro rides were short to most major attractions. Restaurants and a small grocery store within 2 blocks. Highly recommended.

A clean, comfortable, and well-appointed getaway in a very convenient neighborhood, close to a park, the metro, and a central piazza. We loved this place and would return again.

This place was excellent. We had a great time. After a long exhausting day it was so relaxing to enjoy the comfort of the apartment. It was so close to the metro, and we loved just going to Goody’s for breakfast. Thank you so much Donatella, what a great place. If we’re ever in Rome, we’ll be sure to stay here again. Thank you once again.

Just a few minutes from the magnificent Piazza del Popolo, this spacious, elegant flat makes your life easy in Rome. It is central, therefore near all the treasures of Rome but at the same time in a quiet neighbour hood where you will sleep well and find all that is necessary for everyday life like a supermarket and a pharmacy. We truly appreciated numerous nice touches: breakfast was provided for so we did not have to rush on the evening of our arrival to find food, amenities in the bathroom included toothpaste, cotton tips and make-up removal swipes. Marco was there to greet us, proceeded to the check-in smoothly and we were all very comfortable. We would definitely go back and recommend it !

We needed an apartment for 10 people. This served the purpose. It was clean, has nice bathrooms, AC, kitchen and it was a plus to have some juice, milk and snacks already stocked. Thank you! It's near Piazza Di Popolo, which is good, but it's not very centrally located to the main attractions in Rome. I would recommend Cafe Campianini for dinner, close to Spanish steps and above Piazza Di Popolo. Donatella and staff are responsive. Thank you for a good stay in Rome Donatella!

The apartment was in a great location. Quiet but very close to Piazza del Popolo. 25 minute walk to lots of tourist spots. Close to lots of restaurants. There is a great market one block over. Donatella was very helpful and very responsive. We had two families of four and we felt like there was lots of space to spread out. The only downside was the washer/dryer and it was not only at this apartment. Italian washer/dryers are very small and take hours which we were not used to.

Apartment was roomy; clean; quiet and so close to Piazza di Popolo. The amenities were numerous and much appreciated! Donatella was always ready with an answer to our questions. Thank you!!

The apartment is quite close to Piazza del Popolo and also to the metro stop at Flaminio. This makes it very easy to get to all of Rome’s tourist destinations. Both Marco and Donatella are wonderfully responsive and easy to deal with. They arranged for a car for us to and from the airport which was efficient and prompt. The apartment itself is huge with very high ceilings and marble floors and was immaculately clean. Be warned that the cabinets in the kitchen are quite high, so if you are a shorty like me (5’2”) you will only be able to reach the bottom shelf with ease. The beds are very comfortable with multiple linens, there are split air conditioners for heat and cool in each bedroom and the living room, and the temperature is well controlled. It is not a “modern”apartment, but very comfy. The only issue may be the noise from people entering and exiting the building - the front door is very heavy and shuts with a clang. Also if you are in the smaller bedroom off to the left, the cleaners are quite noisy with the garbage in the morning, but usually around 8 am. This didn’t bother us too much since we had white noise machines with us. Overall I would happily recommend this apartment. The restaurant Le Galline just down the street does a delightful breakfast and also has great fried potatoes at dinner!

I am a vrbo owner myself, so I pretty picky. I’ve been in Rome six times. This is the best place I’ve ever stayed. I came for my 72nd birthday with friends. Having three bathrooms is unheard of in Rome. It made life so convenient. Donatella made us limo/cab reservations, restaurant kreservations, and answered any questions we had about the apartment. The apartment is clean, luxurious, spacious, fully equipped with anything you needed. The next time I come to Rome, regardless of the number of people that are with our group, I would book this apartment. I wish everyone did it as well as Donatella.

Nothing but praise for this property, it worked perfectly for us as a family group of 8. The home is thoughtfully presented, with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Location is perfect with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Easy to rent. Donatella was a bit difficult to reach initially; but anxious to please when reached.

Our family of 5 absolutely loved these accommodations. The customer service was top notch. They helped arrange our transport from the airport. It was an easy check-in. The place itself is absolutely gorgeous. They have a study with the TV and a decorated Christmas Tree which was wonderful for our December stay. They even had the fridge and cupboards stocked with with breakfast foods. The location is close to the trolley and an adorable Christmas Market. Highly recommend to anyone who want a top notch place in Rome!

We loved staying at this location. Our hosts, Donatella and Marco, were amazing to work with. We arrived earlier than check in time, but they let us drop off our bags so that we were able to visit the city without carrying bags with us. When we checked in, they had coffee, tea, milk, and breakfast items waiting for us. After a long journey, this was a nice surprise to have on our arrival. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, very clean and close to the metro, you have complete access to Rome. Our hosts helped us with booking transportation to the airport and were wonderful at staying in contact with us. We travel quite a bit and this was the best place we have stayed at in all of Italy. This is truly a home away from home. Thank you for allowing us to stay and we would love to come back.

Gordana met us and allowed us an early check-in. She explained everything and showed us where to access information about the property and surrounding area.
We had difficulty understanding how to operate the washer/dryer and Sylvia came over Sunday morning to help us. When we left on Tuesday Michael was outside as we entered our van. He introduced himself and assisted in loading our luggage.
Itcwas lovely from start to finish.

We really enjoyed our stay. Easy access to rail, bus, and restaurants galore. Property well kept, clean beautiful. Again just a fabulous experience..... except the advertised dryer was not. This is a combination washer / dryer. Washer works fine. Dryer heats cloths up but even after hours of tumbling the are far from dry.
Don't let this dissuade you from selecting this property. You will be missing a great experience. Not only is the facility fabulous but the people you deal with are top notch and friendly. Also they go beyond other properties providing amenities. Food in the frig and cabinets, fruit on the table. Not expected very much appreciated.
Just if you are expecting to do a light load to use to go out later in the day, you will a damp surprise. I suppose in much of Europe you shouldn't expect a cloths dryer. None of the other properties we stayed in had them. But they didn't advertise having one either.
Great stay. Just don't expect the dryer to dry.

Donatella’s apartment was a perfect headquarters for our 3 days in Rome. Donatella and Marco were wonderful hosts, helping us with transportation for our party of 6 from the airport and then to Termini. The apartment was absolutely terrific - easy walking distance to everything, comfortable, and spotless. We can’t wait to return.!

We were very pleased with the apartment. All the rooms were spacious and there was plenty of light in the apartment. We were delighted to find the groceries that awaited us when we arrived. There was also a notebook that provided a lot of information for those of us who are new to Rome. The location of the apartment was ideal because it was close to restaurants, shops and even the metro. Marco was very accommodating by allowing us to come in early to drop our luggage and he even allowed us to stay(that was a plus after such a long flight). Marco was also very helpful with booking transfers for us to get from the airport to the apartment, to the port for our cruise and then from the port back to Rome to catch the train to Venice. I would not hesitate to call again if I return to Rome. It was wonderful!!

This property was clean and safe, my first two priorities. Owners were pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate us, including arranging transportation to the airport. The apartment contained everything we required including basic food stuffs. Highly recommend!!

The apartment is amazingly clean and well stocked. We were mer upon arrival and assisted in making sure we had rides to the airport when we left. The location made it possible for us to walk easily to most of the sites we visited. (The Coliseum was a bit of a hike.) We made several friends at the local bars and restaurants. Had a great time.

We booked Rome as our landing spot in Italy for my moms 75th birthday. And we picked the perfect place to land! Host helped with transfers from airport and to train station and overall communication was excellent. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood but so convenient to all we needed. Would stay here again!

Everything about our stay in Donatella’s apartment in Rome was perfect. We walked to all the major historic sites or took a short subway ride. Donatella provided welcome drinks, snacks, and a reference book of local grocery stores and restaurants. Her apartment is air conditioned which was so needed after the 100 degree days in Rome.

This apartment is clean, spacious and in a great building. The bedrooms and living room are large. The location is great, near restaurants and market. Safe neighborhood. Donatella is good host, very helpful. I would stay here again.

My family consisted of my wife and I and four of our grandsons, ages 20, 21, 21, 20. The the communication we had with the host before and during our four night stay was excellent. Donatella even made reservations at a very good restaurant for us. The apartment is big, with high ceilings and good sized rooms. Living room with tv which showed Netflix in English. Large dining room table for us to eat at, wonderful showers in the bathrooms (3) and a kitchen whose refrigerator had water, milk, juices, jellies, bread and yogurt. Two coffee machines with coffee. The place was spotless. Comfortable beds. Directory of services for restaurants, good wifi service and air conditioning, a god send as Rome was in the high 90's each day of our stay. A market is a short walk away as is the Metro. Location, location! Very close to Piazza Popolo. We have stayed at a number of apartments in Paris, Florence and Rome over the years and this one was the best. Thank you Donatella, once again, for your hospitality.

Couldn't ask for more
This was a prefect location for our group during our June, 2022 visit to Rome. Donatella was the prefect host. Our flights got messed up due to airline chaos, but Donatella accommodated our group's staggered arrival times easily. She had everything ready for the first couple who arrived, and then was present when the rest of us were able to check in the following day.
The apartment is gorgeous-- spacious, clean, nicely decorated. It is in a wonderful location for exploring, and we found the proximity to Piazza del Popolo to be very handy for shopping, dining, and evening strolls. The metro is nearby, and we used Uber frequently right from the apartment.
I highly recommend this property. It was all we could have wanted.
