The appartment was quiet, it had aircon (remote in the reception) and clean. The beds were hard, but comfortable. The staff was really kind and attentive. The place has 11 appartments of which some have permanent guests, mostly elderly folks. The pool was heated, clean and nice size, there was no music playing. This is not a place for parties, which we liked.

The furniture and decor was a bit outdated lookswise, but everything worked beautifully.

perfect location short walk to beach , kasbah area 2 min walk and plenty choice of pubs and restaurants close by . bungalow we had was very spacious with 2 rooms front and back patio and roof terrace to sit on walk out your door and your at the pool area which again is well cleaned etc , pool is heated by solar and was just nice for time of year as many places we have been too in canaries have no heated pool at all and just a little too cold to swim in. genuinely couldn’t fault this place it has all the essentials without being flashy and host Melany extremely helpful . we prefer smaller places like this opposed to big hotels so if that’s your thing do not hesitate and book . Wi-Fi was also personal to room and also a separate Wi-Fi for pool area, great connection and speed for your needs

The location is perfect, really central but very quiet. Nice pool and 5 minutes walk to the beaches. Free private parking. Good WiFi.

There is not double bed in the bungalow.

The place is in a quiet complex of houses, some houses are property of people living in them, so far away from the noisy crowds. The pool is right in the middle, making it very easy to access from all houses. Also very close to restaurants that were less crowded than the usual suspects. The host checked in on us during the stay, making sure we had what we needed. The house we stayed in also had a back door, making it easy to access different streets and thus different parking.

The parking on the main street (av Tenerife) is always crowded, but the streets next to it are usually free, once we discovered that it was ok.

the property is well looked after and very clean, in a nice location near of amenities but quiet. very good for a small family or individuals. the bungalow has a full kitchen if you wish to cook and also nice restaurants around. very nice place for a long holiday or WFH. internet has a good speed and as many channels as you wish on TV.

No toiletries, iron/ ironing board or hairdryer. I could hear the neighbours through the walls of my bedroom when I was trying to sleep.

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment with a nice outdoor area and very near the pool with lovely comfy sunbeds. It had an amazing shower too. Melanie greeted us on arrival and was very nice and helpful. She popped in too when we were leaving to make sure everything was okay. A lovely lady. It was situated in a good central location too. Can't praise this place enough.

We liked everything! We stayed in House 6 which was simple but perfectly laid out, with two bedrooms separated by a kitchen/living area and all the cooking equipment you would need. There was a heating/cooling unit in the living area but we didn't need to use it. The house was cleaned and bedsheets changed twice during our week long visit. The WiFi worked perfectly for us. The pool was on the cool side in the 3rd week of February, but not so cold as to prevent a morning swim every day. The pool area was very pleasant too, with sunbeds. Sun was available on the patio in the afternoons and all day on the roof terrace, which had a barbecue. We liked the fact that the complex was small and unpretentious (not a grandiose or luxury resort), very peaceful and clean, and it was quiet day and night despite the central location. The location was in fact great, with shops and restaurants and a bus stop within the immediate vicinity and a 10 min walk down the hill to Playa Ingles and its great selection of seaside restaurants, with the dunes of Maspalomas close by. Playa Veril is even closer. There are different beaches to choose from and the sea was warm enough to swim in. We enjoyed walking along the cliff path which runs from Maspalomas dunes to San Augustin and a day trip by local bus to Las Palmas; also we rented a car one day and explored the nearby coast and breathtaking mountains.. Our host Melany made sure everything was ok, arranged transport to the airport and offered a very much appreciated late check out. We had a lovely sun-filled week and would definitely choose to stay at Felicidad again.

In Feb 2022 the effects of COVID could be seen in quite a large number of closed facilities in the area but there were still plenty of restaurants and everything else you would need. Our house (6) wouldn't be wheelchair accessible, as it has steps and stairs, but I don't know about the other houses.
