3 Bedroom Bungalow Close to the Beach and All Amenities.

Situato appena fuori dalla M4 nel sud del Galles tra Swansea e Cardiff è il luogo ideale per esplorare il sud Galles valli. Ha una linea costiera di circa 5 miglia con belle spiagge di sabbia e una spiaggia rocciosa a Southerndown.

Le sue spiagge sono famose per il surf, wind surf e skateboard. La spiaggia di Porthcawl conserva fascino balneari tradizionali come gite con asini e un luna park whist i lungomare ospita molti gelaterie e caffetterie. Porthcawl è ricco di storia locale e il Museo e Historical Society ha molte mostre interessanti e informazioni sulla zona. E 'situato su John Street, la principale throughfair di Porthcawl.

Ci sono molte belle passeggiate sulla zona, non ultimo il WELLS WALK. Vale la pena. I golfisti ameranno la zona con molti corsi tra cui scegliere, non ultimo il ROYAL PORTHCAWL. Surfers possono essere visti in spiaggia a Porthcawl e sulla famosa Rest Bay all'estremità opposta del lungomare dalla casa. The location of this property was perfect for us. We parked on the drive and only used the car a few times. We walked from the property to the local Aldi and to the town centre. At the end of the road is a beautiful sandy beach, the best we found actually, there were lifeguards at the time of our visit. It was perfect for playing or surfing. The bungalow itself was clean and spacious for us, it had everything you would need including a washing machine and dryer. Some of the exterior steps are uneven and it is quite a climb up the ramp at the front, so probably not good for anyone with mobility issues. Coney beach is almost opposite and i found the music quite soothing, it was nice to have the background noise in the garden, it was very quiet otherwise! We all slept well. Malcolm was on call if we needed him and Dave was only an email away. I would definitely visit again, fantastic location for my family

We were greeted warmly by Malcom who looks after the property. He was very friendly snd really helpful as was the actual host Dave by email before snd during our stay. The property is in a Grady location just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. It is right next to the fair so you can hear the music but once inside would not know it was there. All the neighbours were also friendly and made us feel very welcome. We used it as a base as we were visiting with my dad who was born in Porthcawl. The location is perfect walking distance to several beaches, the town and easy drive to Newton and Nottage. Great also for exploring further a field. The bungalow was clean and well supplied with all we needed including a washing machine which is essential when you have children and are at the beach. A great place to stay, we would definitely return.
