The location and quality of accommodation was excellent
It was thoughtful of the owners to leave games and DVD’s
The soft pillows offered little support and consideration should be given to improve these
The shower in the bathroom with a bath could not be used as a conventional shower as the head does not stay positioned
The stair hand rail was starting to loosen and noted on our arrival
It will need attention before it becomes worse

Our family loved staying in this condo. It has a wonderful view and relaxing outdoor eating area. This is a corner unit with floor to ceiling windows extending the great views to the inside. The condo is well equipped. The manager, Julie, is a great communicator and quickly responded to any questions we had. We were very happy with our stay in this unit and highly recommend.

My husband and I took our 2 children and their spouses. So we had 6 adults in this apartment. It was extremely clean and has everything you need for a 2 week vacation, even a washer & dryer, which was great. All the linens were great, and Julie at Wengen Apartments was very helpful with any questions we had. One night the people upstairs were very loud until 3 in the morning. I contacted Julie, and she politely explained to them that Wengen takes noise very seriously, and they needed to turn out the lights earlier, so to speak. It worked, and the issue went away.
The views from this chalet are amazing, can't be beat. Would definetely stay there again, however it is a little pricey for the size of the apartment.
