Overall very nice house. Inside was very clean and well furnished. Perfect for what we needed. The yard could use some love but we would stay here again.

The photos do not do this home justice. It was the perfect stay for 4 of us out-of-towners to enjoy a long weekend in Knoxville. We each had our own bedroom, and we shared 2 full bathrooms. There are 2 livingrooms, but the 4 of us only hung out on the first level. Great open concept with kitchen, livingroom & dining area. LOTS of space for prepping & cooking. Had Walmart deliver groceries no problem. Close to gas, fast food & highway. In suburbs but very close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This was my first time using Vrbo and it was an easy process. The property was exactly as pictured. Very easy to access the downtown area. It accommodated our 6 adult group very well (no tripping over each other). If I had one suggestion it would be the "firepit" area. Cleaned up with seating would be super cute. But we were only using the property as a "base" and it served its purpose perfectly. We did have a slight plumbing issue but it was resolved very efficiently.Would recommend to others.
