Condominio Abbey Villa con nuova cucina e tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici. Questo condominio si trova in una posizione tranquilla del complesso che si affaccia sull'open space e sulla piscina. È facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla spiaggia, dal lago e dagli sport acquatici. Questo condominio ha due camere da letto / due bagni con un letto matrimoniale e due gemelli. C'è anche un divano estraibile. C'è grande schermo HD TV, wifi, lavastoviglie, forno, piano cottura, forno a microonde con lavatrice e asciugatrice full-size. Completamente arredato con set completo di utensili da cucina. Patio con grill, tavolo e sedie per mangiare all'aperto. Questa unità è di proprietà privata e non fa parte di The Abbey Resort. Gli ospiti sono dotati di 6 pass per la spiaggia di Fontana per l'accesso gratuito alla spiaggia durante il soggiorno. Le ville dispongono anche di piscine private all'aperto. Si prega di portare gli asciugamani da spiaggia in quanto non sono forniti.

Great location, exactly where we wanted and needed to be for all our events over the weekend. Fontana side of LG is the best!

Beautiful condo in the perfect location for our needs. We did not plan on using the kitchen so I can’t speak to the pots and pans but there were wine glasses so we were all set! We have a wonderful time.

When we booked this last summer we saw that there was a
grill located on the balcony. This was important to our family because due to food allergies we are limited to dining in restaurants.
Upon arrival we noticed there was a propane tank left behind along with a fire extinguisher on the deck.
We were told that renters on the 2nd floor were not allowed to have a grill. Looking at all the properties in that circle of villas we noticed many of the units had a grill available. Very disappointed and would not recommend this rental.
Also on the day of departure the cleaning person walked into the condo at 9am and the check out time was 10am.
She did come back an hour later.

It was a great place to spend the weekend. The location for Fontana is perfect and very comfortable, nice condo.

We stayed here for a family wedding at The Abbey Resort and it was perfect. We didn't need a car all weekend as there was so much to do within walking distance. The condo was clean and super comfortable and the use of the outdoor pool was a big bonus! Check-in and check-out instructions/communications was a breeze. We will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful extended weekend stay. The unit was very clean and the whole complex was well maintained and quiet. The place was even better in person than the pictures. The property manager, Cherie, was very nice and super prompt in all responses/communications. She even let us check in a little early since we got into town ahead of schedule. Bonus was access to the complex pool which was never busy while we were there. We all said we would stay at this place again if we ever were in the area.

We travelled to Fontana for a weekend for a family wedding, and this was the perfect home base for our group. The unit was clean and comfortable, and the key-code entry made it very easy. This is a good location for accessing various activities around Fontana, and there is also a large grocery store <5 minutes away.

Everything went well with check in. The property had a leak from the ceiling that was dripping by a light fixture which was concerning and annoying. All in all it served our purposes well.

Great Condo
We stayed in this condo for 5 days for a short family getaway. The condo was exactly as described, was very clean and comfortable. Although we did very little cooking, it was stocked with everything necessary. The location is perfect - close to the lake, restaurants and town of Lake Geneva. The passes to the beach were a bonus! I will definitely rent here again!

Took my granddaughter to Fontana for her birthday. Loved the beach and swimming. Really peaceful and relaxing property.

We can’t say enough about how perfect our time was here! We really wish we had more time to enjoy the beautiful condo, the amazing balcony and the pool. We will for sure be back!

We also would have liked Kleenex and better quality toilet paper, also larger soap for shower/bathroom.

This condo was very clean, easy to access, and quiet. Cherie was EXTREMELY accommodating and quick to respond with any questions we had.
