Beautiful 3 Bedroom Stone House With a Heated Pool
Casa in pietra dalmata situata in un ambiente naturale incontaminato, in cima ad un tranquillo villaggio di Vrsine, la casa è circondata da ulivi secolari, la distanza dalle splendide spiagge e dal mare cristallino (Poljica, Marina e Vranjica) è a soli 2 km, 15 minuti dal magico Trogir e 20 minuti dall'aeroporto. All'interno di un muro di pietra racchiuso cortili, sono la casa principale, un piccolo casolare in pietra con un camino (camino), una piscina con doccia esterna, terrazza coperta con grande tavolo e un posto per il parcheggio.
Il piano terra è dominato da un ampio soggiorno, che si collega con la cucina. Ognuna delle tre stanze ha il proprio bagno. Camere al primo piano con letto matrimoniale king size, e ogni camera e un letto per bambini (lunghezza 170 cm). Camera al piano terra con due letti singoli.
La casa offre tutti i vantaggi dello stile tradizionale della Dalmazia, dove pareti in pietra e finestre schermate da "persiane" in legno proteggono dal caldo estremo in estate e si tengono calde nelle fredde notti invernali.

Amazing stay – we’ll definitely be back! The apartment is in a fantastic location – just minutes from the sea with a beautiful pool. The equipment and furnishings were excellent, everything we needed was there. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, so I could work remotely without any issues. Only 20 minutes from the airport, yet it was incredibly peaceful – we didn’t see or hear a single plane. Truly a place worth recommending. We’ll definitely return!

Great house in tranquil location with lovely heated pool. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Host was very welcoming. It would be a pleasure to return.

We cannot offer enough praise for this wonderful house and its hosts. Upon arrival, David greeted us with warmth and platters of meet, cheese, olives, bread and wine. The pool was the perfect place to cool off, and the A/C much appreciated in the heat wave. All of the suggestions for local restaurants and beaches were excellent, and the location was great for short hops to Marina/Trogir, and slightly longer trips to Krka, Split, and Sibenik. The kitchen was well equipped (though we used it for lunches/breakfasts and mostly ate out for dinners) and the bedroom configurations just right for our two families. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

The house is even more beautiful than the website pictures. It is full of light and the old stone keeps it lovely and cool during the day. The kitchen is small but it has everything you need to cook for 2 hungry families and definately try the indoor BBQ its easier than it looks :) meat is great quality from supermarket or butchers. The location is perfect for easy access to Trogir, Split, and Krka as well as all the local beaches in and around Marina but you will need a car. If you are feeling active the view from the church at the top of Drid Hill is stunning just after sunrise.As well as restaurants in Marina and surrounding villages we tried one of the local restaurants in Vrisine, (agrotourismo?) and it was incredible, fresh fish, meat and vegetables and great value we hadn't booked but they squeezed us in.Davor, Katja and Danka are perfect hosts and could not have done more to make us feel welcome and relaxed - thanks (again) Davor!
