Villa Tana Margianis si trova appena fuori dal piccolo villaggio di Perdaxius, in provincia di Carbonia / Iglesias, nel sud della Sardegna. La casa dispone di una cucina ampia e spaziosa con piano cottura a 5 fuochi e forno elettrico, lavastoviglie e macchina da caffè di lusso.
La villa dispone di Wi-Fi.
Ci sono 3 camere da letto, una con letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato, una con un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo e una con un letto matrimoniale e una culla. I bagni sono dotati di wc e bidet, ampio lavandino e ampia doccia con lussuosa colonna doccia.
Intorno alla villa si può godere di spazio e tranquillità con splendide viste sulle montagne, con splendidi tramonti. Dietro la villa si trova la piscina o 11 x 5 metri.
Le varie spiagge sono raggiungibili in auto in mezz'ora. Nel villaggio ci sono diversi negozi e un piccolo supermercato. Il vicino Narcao (3 km) ha un grande supermercato.
La villa è stata completamente rinnovata nel 2017 e tutti i mobili sono stati recentemente acquistati.
Nota: la piscina può essere utilizzata dall'ultimo fine settimana o da aprile all'ultimo fine settimana o ottobre. La villa ha un camino a gas per i periodi più freddi, che può essere utilizzato in soggiorno / cucina.

We stayed here a few years ago and the improvements have added to this amazing place. The villa is spacious & clean with all the equipment you need but the outside is fantastic. Large swimming pool, great barbeque and eating area plus several patios.The host's are lovely and friendly and offer meals and provisions to order.A lovely relaxing holiday.

Marja and Carlo are the best hosts! They were quick to answer all of our questions before we arrived and make reservations for us throughout our stay, it was also a great touch being able to order food and drink from them next door. We loved the large pool especially in the heat of the day, but also in the evening with the pool lights on. The villa itself is well decorated, clean and spacious enough for 8 people, although the large outdoor area is where we spent most of our time, on sun loungers or eating meals at either the table by the BBQ or the other table in the shade. Great location to explore south Sardinia, would definitely recommend the local winery and not too far from the nearest beaches.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Marja und Carlo waren immer für uns da, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Angefangen mit dem leckeren Essen, das am ersten Tag auf uns gewartet hat, über Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung bis zum Limoncello, Mirto und Wein aus der Region. Marja und Carlo waren für uns nicht nur Vermieter, sondern sind zu Freunden geworden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Our family of 4, 2 adults and two teenage children, had a great stay at this villa in August ‘22.
Communication with the hosts, Marja and Carlos, was great from the offset and everything was perfect when we arrived. The service to pre-order water, snacks, an evening meal and wine added to the relaxed start to the holiday.
The Villa itself was spacious, clean and well equipped.
The outside area was secluded and offered both shade and a fantastic pool where we spent most of our holiday.
The hosts hit the perfect balance of being available when we needed them while allowing us to enjoy privacy on our holiday.
A great location too with beaches, towns and historical sights within east reach.
Overall a great stay in a beautiful villa enjoying the tranquility of Sardina.
