Una meravigliosa terrazza sui tetti della città in posizione strategica per vivere Prato o come base per conoscere la Toscana ,si può raggiungere Firenze ( in 20 min. ) e le altre città ,con la vicina stazione Porta al Serraglio che dista solo 5 minuti a piedi.
Il delizioso e accogliente appartamento dista un minuto a piedi dalla Monash e 3 min dalla Heaven University.
L'alloggio
D'inverno potrete sorseggiare un calice di vino davanti al camino in un soggiorno finemente arredato, mentre nei mesi caldi la terrazza é il posto migliore per gustare una cena sotto le stelle....

Gli ospiti potranno accedere all'intero appartamento ( con 4 rampe di scale) e alla terrazza dove si trova un ripostiglio con tutto il necessario per l'allestimento ( cuscini, lanterne e occorrente per il giardinaggio). All'interno si trova la lavanderia con lavatrice, due stenditoi mobile, ferro e asse da stiro.

We had a wonderful stay at Ilaria's place. Beautifully decorated, clean, with all the essential amenities. Conveniently located in the heart of Prato, surrounded by shops, cafes, restaurants, local sights, and the train station. It is on the top floor, with many steps to enter, but the rooftop terrace is worth it—a spectacular view of the surrounding bell towers and perfect for sitting outside and relaxing. Ilaria was a wonderful host, making us feel welcome, and was very helpful with any questions we had. She even helped arrange a taxi to the airport for us at an ungodly hour. Highly recommend!

We loved this large, central apartment, steps away from Monash University. Illaria was friendly and helpful throughout. The apartment was very special - fully equipped with lovely things because she lived there, and spacious. The rooftop terrace was a bonus - best in morning and noon or in cooler evenings. Lots of space for our things with drawers and hanging space for clothing.
Ilaria went out of her way to help us with our luggage on arrival because only residents can drive to this central location. We parked at Parcheggio Del Serraglio (Il Serraglio train station) which was secure, reasonable and an easy walk, then took a taxi back to it w. our suitcases when we left.
The appliances worked well and once we found the nearby butcher and market open, we bought quality food and made great dinners. But you can always go out and find something reasonable.
The AC was useful, but we also used the shutters to keep it cool. Only drawback is that being so central, there is noise from the outdoor seating in the bars on the street quite late. Be aware of the stairs if you aren't very mobile. We thought they were worth it.
So much to do in Prato or short train rides or drives. Our week in Prato was a highlight of our six weeks in Europe and this apartment one of the best we have ever found thanks to Illaria.

Ilaria est une personne charmante. Très bon accueil. Appartement spacieux et haut perché avec une superbe terrasse qui domine la ville de Prato. Superbe situation au coeur de la vieille ville. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
