Incredibile casa di Glenwood Springs situata in centro sulla strada principale. Questa casa è stato completamente ristrutturato nel 2018 ed è un ottimo aspetto. Ampia sala da pranzo e soggiorno. 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi. Patio esterno privato per rilassarsi o usato come seconda sala da pranzo. TV a schermo piatto, gas e molti posti a sedere nel soggiorno. Camera familiare al piano inferiore, con area di lavoro lavanderia e scrivania. Un sacco di extra e una vera e propria atmosfera accogliente, a questa grande scoperta.

Questa casa del centro ha molto da offrire. Un sacco di carattere in una casa più grande, ma recentemente ristrutturato con la parte superiore dei miglioramenti di linea. La cucina è spaziosa con nuovissimi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. I ripiani in granito con illuminazione sotto il mobile lo rendono un posto facile per cucinare tutti i tuoi pasti. Sala da pranzo è aperta alla cucina e al soggiorno. Un sacco di posti a sedere nella sala da pranzo per tutti. Il soggiorno è aperto e si concentra su tutto il piano superiore. Grande TV a schermo piatto per rilassarsi e guardare film o giochi sportivi. Ottimo divano avvolgente per tutta la famiglia. Al piano superiore dispone di 2 camere e un bagno completo con vasca. Camera da letto principale con letto king size e TV. 2 ° camera ha due letti a castello e un Full Size Bed. Al piano inferiore troverete altre 2 camere da letto e un altro bagno completo. Entrambe le camere da letto con letti matrimoniali. C'è una Family Room aggiuntiva dove i bambini possono rilassarsi e avere il proprio spazio. The property was as described in the listing and was a great place. The location was amazing with an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend renting Mike and Jen's property if you are staying in Glenwood.

We were traveling with family and loved this place in Glenwood. The main level bedroom with king bed was perfect for my parents who are in their 80’s. My daughter and grandson loved the bunk bed room. There was room for all 10 of us to eat at the kitchen table. We loved gathering on the back patio. The bedrooms downstairs were perfect for the rest of our group. I was thankful for the king bedroom on the main floor because my parents would not have been able to get down the stairs. Would recommend this place to others.

This property was cute and had plenty of amenities.We loved the fireplace and how stocked the kitchen was. Also, the dining room was big and spacious, allowing all of us to sit around the table together. It was nice to have our own yard for the kids to play in the snow! We didn't have to go anywhere to entertain them!
The house really is downtown and was an easy walk to stores & restaurants. We especially loved how close we were to the grocery store (City Market). The road did seem a little loud at times, but that could be that we aren't used to road noise as well. It mostly was an issue for people staying in the bunk bed room.
The alley parking in the back was a little difficult for us to maneuver because we had two large vehicles that we had to back in from the road to get to fit. But the parking would be perfect for two smaller vehicles and we didn't utilize the street parking, just because we were nervous about the snowplows. But that definitely would have made parking easier.
Lastly, we appreciated the baby gear (pack&play and baby gate). The baby gate especially came in handy because the stairs to the bottom level are right off of the kitchen and the baby gate was utilized there to prevent any of the kids from falling down the stairs.

The house is spacious and able to accommodate all 10 of us very comfortably. The location is extremely convenient to quaint downtown. It had all the amenities we needed for our stay, especially in the kitchen because we cooked a lot. All the check in information was simple and all online. Additional street parking was also helpful for us.

We had alot of fun. Good location. Plenty of room for our group. King bed in master had a very lumpy mattress. Kitchen had some outdated items that needed replacing. Otherwise nicely furnished.

The home was immaculate when we arrived and plenty big enough for the 7 of us. With the 4 bedrooms there was plenty of room and we were within walking distance of the hot springs, restaurants and shopping. there were plenty of extra towels for all of us and we appreciated the washer/dryer after returning from the hot springs. The only downside was that it was on the main street and off-street parking was accessed off an alley behind the house. But once we got the hang of it, it was fine

We regularly visit GWS, and this property was perfect for our 2022 Thanksgiving.
The house is with walking distance of the grocery store, and a super quick drive into downtown. Our kids LOVED the air hockey table downstairs. The home is truly beautiful. I would stay here again

This home was perfect for our family to stay while attending a wedding.
Matthew was wonderful in answering all my questions and was easy to reach when I needed it too.
He had extra touches throughout the home that made us feel right at home. The house was very clean and comfortable. The furniture and the decor was fabulous.
I highly recommend this home. It was walking distance to downtown, and to a grocery store.

Three generations stayed and the house was the best VRBO we have stayed in! Location was a quick walk to town and a few blocks from the Doc Holliday trail. Grocery store was right around the corner also walking distance! They have thought of everything and have so many welcoming added touches! Games, movies, extra blankets and chairs. The large dining table and lots of seating in the living room was a huge draw for us and the photos didn’t disappoint when we saw in person. Would stay again for future visits to Glenwood Springs!

Everything about this home is exactly as presented - or maybe even better! It is clean and comfortable throughout. The kitchen is especially well appointed and the bedrooms are roomy (though I wish I’d brought my feather pillows from home - but that’s my issue).
Downstairs the laundry area is again well supplied and the air hockey and game table provided a lot of fun for us in the evenings.
The location is excellent. We walked back and forth to town many times and the hot springs pool isn’t much further. Additionally, the free town bus stops just a block or two away on a regular basis.
Communication and support is outstanding.
A wonderful, highly recommended vacation rental!

My husband and I met up with our daughter and family in Glenwood Springs. We loved staying in this charming and comfortable historic home. The downstairs family room was convenient for our grandchildren (ages 8-16) when they needed another place to play. Our host even called me to alert us about road closures the day before we traveled. This property is highly recommended!!

Very Clean Property! A lot of room to spread out. Close to downtown Glenwood, easy walk to restaurants and shops. We would stay here again. Matt was great to work with. He was very helpful as getting to Glenwood was a challenge with I-70 being closed.

This was a great place to stay, very spacious, still walkable to the pools, and surprisingly quiet given the location on Grand Ave. Our kids loved playing air hockey and games in the basement while we enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. Parking was plentiful and check in/out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

The outdoor space and space within the house accommodated 6 adults and two little ones.
We loved the location easy walk to downtown and even the pools. I hope we can stay again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.
