Quiet and comfortable

Floor needs to be cleaned

I'm sorry but there's really not much to say good about this place unfortunately.

The A/C in our room was not cooling. The beds were not comfortable, room not so clean and it was noisy outside.

Kitchen water pressure was low. Kitchen sink stopped up. Room stayed warm.

Location

Roaches, dirty, not kept up. Paid $160 for the room. But I wouldn’t have paid more than $50 if I had known.

I was very impressed with this Hotel stay. Before getting there my sister arrived at her Hotel, which was different then mine, she had too be moved multiple times, where as our Hotel was very clean, and to check in was easy and the lady was so polite.

The only thing I was not happy with is the fact that someone parked in front of our room, so we had to park down some, and then we left at night to get some food and drinks came back and that spot had been taken. Parking is not the best but we dealt with it and moved on. Was not going to let that spoil our mini vaca.

I requested a late c/o and was denied immediately

The woman at the counter who served my cousin taking care of him is GREAT. He is from out of state and doesn't know the area. She makes you feel at home and so he is staying another night and postponing his road trip! He could use another peaceful nights sleep there he said. And of course the room is beautiful and clean. Thursday he was at a different place in the same town and the man turned nasty tried to bait and switch and jack up the price and they had roaches everywhere, even the shower and microwave! The man forgot that I am the customer so I had him leave and come here through booking.com which made it so easy to pay with not a ton of emails . Another place in the same chain as yours made it too hard to book, but luckily booking link popped up when I was searching and I found your fair priced room. And it was so easy for me, an older person used to simple ways, to type in basic info and be done! Oh and the safety and security is great! We don't mind in the least that this place is so thorough. It is great that they address people right away when they try to enter. It is quite professional.
