Amazing!

This property was great! It was clean and spacious! It was big enough for a large group with young kids. It met all our needs. They really thought of everything, from the stools in the bathroom to the nightlights offered. Each area of the house, inside and out, was well thought out. John and Suzanne were very quick and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to go back!

Our group of girlfriends in their 40's had a lovely time in Asbury Park. The house was perfectly set up for our group of adults. We particularly loved the large kitchen island for noshing and cooking together, the comfy patio furniture for morning coffee chats and the amazing wrap around porch for evening wine.

The house was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and offered great outdoor spaces. It was walking distance from everything and easy to park and get around. Highly recommend to anybody wanting to visit Asbury Park!

This property is all that the listing indicates - and MORE! We hosted a five day 80th Birthday gathering here, with 4 generations of family members, and the house and outside space could not have been more accommodating. The open space in the main floor living area was perfect for the 13 month old toddler to have plenty of room to roam. Everyone gathered around the awesome island in the kitchen for meals, and the dining table provided a great space for nightly card games. The outside space is so well appointed and comfortable. The artificial green out back was a huge hit with the little ones - and the golfers who brought along their putters. The awesome wrap around porch speaks for itself. Every space accommodated every one of us, and that was the goal of our extended weekend - to enjoy our time together! The short walk up to the beach and boardwalk was a daily trek for the birthday girl. And we even had perfect weather to get in a beach day! We hope to make this an annual event for our family. A special thank you to the Egan family for sharing their beautiful house with us.

Very nice house for families. Nice neighborhood. Convenient to the beach and town. Would definitely recommend.

The house was larger than expected with a great kitchen/dining area and living room. It was clean and had everything we needed. The property manager was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house is not a far walk from the beach and is situated near a lake which you can see from the house. Excellent outdoor seating on the porch and patio. Quiet neighborhood and a short Uber/lyft to restaurants/bars. I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. All the amenities and photos were true to life. The house really is that pretty and perfect! The gorgeous and spacious kitchen was so much fun to cook in. The front porch was the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee and the rear yard was delightful for outdoor dining. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the entire house was spotless. It was my honey, me and my 3 adult kids and we all had an absolute blast. The location was terrific, close to the beach and to shopping in Asbury and Ocean Grove. Hosts were very pleasant and easy to deal with even accommodated our request for an early check in. Would highly recommend this property. We would definitely book again!
