The location is great! It's really in the city, just a few steps from the Spanish Quarter, and from the main street. If you need a place to sleep while exploring Naples during the day, it's really a great place to stay. The reception desk works on request; you need to get in touch with the lady, but she is very nice and she can help with everything.

We found the place very easy, but I believe it can be a maze for someone. I recommend to get in touch with reception in advance. They can help to navigate you through the entrance, stairs, etc.

the towels and pillow cases came back damp and smelled like BO. also both parties are covered in bed bug bites.

A stunning place from the inside

It was very difficult to find the place, once *inside*, it is still a struggle to find the actual hotel. But we love it and will go back.

good place in the middle of historic district

hard to find, and noisy. 3 o’clock in the morning and if drunken folks are not screaming, it’s the garbage truck making the noise

I liked that there was a fridge and a kettle in the room. Also liked the view. Wonderful wifi connection.

I wish there was instant coffee, sugar or a spoon with the kettle.

The best location. Nice and comfortable room. Not fancy but gives you everything you need for a great stay.

If you're staying one night in Napoli, it's a good place to stay in with just the basics and well located. Decent room size, good private bathroom, friendly recepcionist waiting for you at check-in. Free water and wifi. Comfy bed. Good aircon.

The lift to go upstairs is SUPER old and you have to put a coin to use it during the week. THe room is not too big but decent size and comfortable.

The location was great at Guglia dell’Immacolata, the stuff was kind and discreet especially Sonia, the rooms were perfectly cleaned and safe at night despite the central location

the street outside was constantly crowded so it could be a little loud sometimes at night, low hot water supply but not frequently and it was a little hard to spot the establishment at first because there was no sign

The rooms were clean. We felt very safe and comfortable due to the non-access of those who aren’t staying there. The property is located in a great area where pretty much everything is close to you. The restaurant’s on the street of the hotel have great food! Everyone is very friendly. The director is excellent with communication as well as Sonia who was so helpful our entire stay and quick to answer any questions.

Loved the girl at the reception and the place was nice

Did not like at all the two man that were at the entrance of the building and also did not like that we had to pay to use the elevator. Also the parking was horrible

The location was exceptional with many nearby historical attractions and several dining options. In addition, the room was very clean, spacious and quiet (there was no street noise). The host was very friendly and accommodating. The location was close enough to local attractions to let us take an afternoon nap before beginning our next adventure.

It was a little difficult to find. May be a larger sign or a description of how to find the entrance - but don't let that stop you from booking a room at this amazing place.

Breakfast was not included. The girl at the reception was excellent but the MAN at the entrance with his friend that we don't know who he was they were very very unprofessional nasty and no help at all

The location was very good. Sonia was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient having several restaurants and a taxi rank outside.

We were unaware of the 25 stairs leading up to the hotel. No infornation about the elevator needing 10c ( not an easy coin to get hold of) in order to use.

Not enough clothes hangers. There was a lift but you needed 10 cents to ride it (and whoever has 10 cents in their pockets). Also the property was well sign posted but it was at the back of the property through some corridors and one flight of stairs.

the staff was really responsive and super helpful! location was gold, walking distance to all major attractions.

Frederico and sonya really a great host, they are very accomodate and really helpfull. The place itself really at the center and very clean . Its just step away from tourist area, sotterata , harbour quite close only 15 minutes walk, Defenetely worth of money and i really recommended this place who want to visiting neaples.
