The "unwelcome" welcome. There is no reception area. Intercom used to hail nearby personnel who walked in off street and then struggled to find my booking on a tablet. I was made to stand outside on balcony while they found my booking. Even when I handed them the Booking.com details, and after handing it back, they still asked how my booking was made. The fellow that showed me the apartment still had dried paint on his hands!
The improvised renovations. The toilet positioned next to hand basin is impractical - too close. The hand basin plumbing leaks water onto floor. The open air kitchenette would be stifling in hot humid weather. Weather was mild during my stay luckily
