too late to deliver the room. too early to block our room keys. small piscine no welcoming fruits/moroccan sweets as my neighbors in the same hotels :( !

Location, quite, clean rooms, friendly staff

Breakfast especially the excellent service from Sandrine and Badre always very helpful Also the gentlemen who kept a eye our car at the front during our stay

CHAIMAE during my stay I had a standard room with an amazing view of the sea, when it came to change my room they informed me at 3 pm while I was waiting like a headless chicken she got me coffee and a couple of Moroccan snacks they were so delicious, she always knew my requests even I had a lot of requests but always smile and gave them to me and while her duty finished she made sure that my room was ready and checked in and then left from work, when you come to the check in desk she always makes you feel home and happy trust me she is the most friendly person you ever meet and made me smile and laugh and always had time for the guests no matter what and I appreciate her patience and time

no water pressure and no amenities and the swimming pool is two small and not warm temperatures

the staff, was friendly, kind and the decent for the price

the room which I was given 607 there was a crack in the bathroom ceiling, the door of the bathroom could not close due to there was damage and the lobby to the room the wall the paint was cracked and all that

the property was close to many coffee shops, meet amazing people at the reception such as Chaimae and asma for example when I requested a plug they assisted me, assisted me even with the luggage which it was not their job they made me feel home, they even informed me I needed to move floor due to maintenance and they given me a better view, would recommend staying in the same hotel to everyone it’s the best hotel in mohammedia with great price and great food and great environment and entertainment, the staff was kind, caring always ready and to assist me no matter what time it was have been staying in the hotel since 2019 would never move or change my hotel and would give a 5 star rating

the only thing which I did not like in the rooms was there was no water pressure so if I have to clean my self need to use the shower

the facilities were wonderful, as well as the staff. my only complaint was that the bed was so, so hard. Breakfast was amazing!
