Our group rented this property for a baseball tournament at Grand Park. Location was great. The property was as described and had most everything we needed for the trip. I would recommend this property.

Great for what we were doing

Our group had a great stay at this location. We would return again. Please note the rental is a house converted into a duplex. The rental unit includes most of the house. The property details do not state this but it did not bother us. You share the driveway with the other tenant but there is plenty of street parking. The current tenant is very nice.

This property was amazing. Paula is fantastic to work with and she responds to questions in a timely manner. We stayed here for the National FFA convention and there was plenty of room for my students to relax and connect. The neighborhood is nice and the property is clean. It was an easy connection to the highway to get to and from Indianapolis. I highly recommend.
