L'appartamento Santa Maria è un appartamento che unisce tradizionale e moderno e funzionale. Anche se l'edificio non dispone di ascensore, è stato recentemente ristrutturato e l'appartamento offre ad esempio un bagno completamente attrezzato con servizi igienici moderni e una grande doccia. Santa Maria è chiamato dopo la Basilica trova al suo fianco, nel cuore della parte vecchia di San Sebastian per sé. Quindi per la vostra prossima vacanza, se si vuole godere di questa bella città come un autentico San Sebastian, l'appartamento di Santa Maria è la sistemazione ideale per voi. Situato al secondo piano, l'appartamento dispone di un ampio spazio giorno con soggiorno e cucina, due camere matrimoniali e un bagno. Nella vasta area vede meglio giorno la combinazione di design lineare e minimalista tradizionali e semplici; Essa ha mantenuto l'edificio in pietra che si frappone tra pavimenti in legno e mobili. Nella zona soggiorno v'è un comodo divano letto in sala da pranzo mentre abbiamo trovato un tavolo con panca e sedie corriamo. Un luogo perfetto per godere di indimenticabili serate durante le vacanze. Accanto alla sala da pranzo è la cucina moderna di Santa Maria, completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici di qualità e utensili da cucina, oltre a un comodo bar per la colazione. L'appartamento con due camere da letto Santa Maria sono molto luminosi grazie alle porte-finestre con accesso diretto ad una panchina con vista sul atrio della uscita balcone basilica. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale 150 cm, mentre la seconda camera ha due letti singoli. Il bagno è ben attrezzata e ha una grande doccia. L'appartamento per vacanze Santa Maria offre anche la connessione internet wireless e la possibilità di affittare un posto auto in un parcheggio vicino, che è altamente raccomandato, tenendo conto che l'intera città vecchia è pedonale. I have a rental, and I provide my clients with the basics, salt, pepper, sugar. You did provide laundry detergent, dish washer tablets and washing up liquid as I do. I also keep ice trays full. The sea air coming in is lovely, access to everything is perfect..one may need to shut windows if the gentlemen are in below or you get tabac smoke. Boulangerie, and bodegas close, Brilliant stay.

Ok, so this place is very nice, very clean. The double bed was pretty comfortable, and it was nice for just the 2 of us to have the xtra bedroom to lay out our luggage. There was plenty of room. It's very close to the ocean which was great since we are runners and had a couple of great runs from the place. What it lacked was things to cook with like oils and spices and the little things that make a meal taste better. We didn't mind buying a few of these items to leave behind but since there weren't any already left behind, we weren't sure if we should leave them behind. Yes, I know were in a great location for some awesome food, but a person does need a break from all that goodness to have a regular home cooked meal which is part of the reason you rent a place with a kitchen right! Also, if you don't smoke, like us, this may not be a good fit. We woke up 1 of our nights overwhelmed with cigarette smoke permeating throughout the place. Directly downstairs is a facility that I think is a private club that has gatherings which are attended by lots of smokers apparently. I know, smoking is very common throughout Europe. Though the location of this place seems great, which it is nice to be located close to all the action going on, it also comes with the noises associated with all that action going on. And it goes on till early in the morning. San Sebastian is a very beautiful place, and the old town is a great spot to visit, especially all the pintxos bars. But next time we will likely stay just outside of this area and happily walk over to enjoy the bar hopping experience. If you're a runner or a cyclist or even a swimmer, (aka a Triathlete) this area is awesome for these activities as well. We do look forward to coming back to San Sebastian.

For our second visit to San Sebastian, we decided to stay in Old Town and this apartment did not disappoint. It looks exactly like the photos, and the location was perfect to walk to the beach, pintxo bars, shops, everything in Old Town was right there. Since the apartment is right next to the old church in in the center of everything you will hear the church bells, the late night noise, and the early morning children on their way to school. Nothing bothered us, but something to consider. :) Also five stars for communication with the property management company - they were very quick to respond (sometimes within a few minutes!) and extremely helpful!
