No hot water at night. Only in the morning.

Sabrina in reception was absolutely amazing! So welcoming and helpful. Really perfect for the job! Good size pool and nice pool area. Good size apartments.
It's a bit out of the way from everything, car is essential. Could have done with better beds, hard as a board.

The peace and quiet, you definitely need a car, it's in the hills, about 15 mins from calpe.

This place was so lovely, it's location was perfect for us as we had a car to get around, there is a lot of hills so you need to be super fit. The best asset I found was Sabrina the receptionist, she was so lovely I've never met such a nice person, who went above and beyond her duties for us. I will definitely go back there again.
The mosquitos as I'm allergic and they are everywhere in the Costa Blanca so I suggest plenty of repellent for the trip.

Lovely location, nearly everything we needed. Basic accommodation but clean and tidy. Quiet residential area
No oven and only one bathroom. There was a TV but couldn't understand language, no radio.

Nice swimming pool and tennis court. The appartment was big enough and the price is very acceptable.
The facilities are quite old. It would need a refurbishment. You need the car for everything.

Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. Sabrina is so lovely! Amazing location for us, quiet yet close to what we wanted (we were out there rock climbing). You do need a car to get aroun easily, or need to use a taxi if you fancy a drink and want to go into the main town.
Apartments are spacious and super clean!
We will definitely visit again!
Missing a few basics that would have been helpful for a short stay in self catering, for example: washing up liquid, sponges, and tea towels.

Nice place, lovely gardens, great pool. Lovely couple working there.
No bottle opener, 1 toilet roll and 1 small bin bag, no cleaning, owner took €15 for WiFi that didn't work and has so far refused to refund us. We paid reception €15 in cash.

We loved our little home from Spain as we like to say. Good room size, we had two bedrooms, a living room with a small kitchen equipped with the essentials to handle cooking. For a family with small children it is a very important thing. Great value for money.
The noisy neighbours. This is probably the case in Spain, I don't know, but the windows and walls don't seem to insulate the noise too well.

Price was good for this appartement
It was not clean, there were bugs in the fridge on arrival. Th electric system was on and off. The electrician was not able to fix it. We had to find out what happened en think of a solution.

Easy parking, No steps or carpets to trip over, Plentiful hot water. No noisy people or pubs. Very helpful manager. The exceptionally low price in November compared with the rest of Calpe.
