Great downtown location. Nice attentive staff. Comfortable rooms.
The neighborhood can be rough. Not enough coffee in the lobby and just expected challenges of operating in downtown Peoria.

Great location! Comfortable beds.
Checked in and then went to get our belongings from the car, when we got to our room we walked in on another couple who had just been given the same room as us. In addition the room wasn’t even ready for guests, bedding had been taken off the bed and thrown on a chair and trash from the previous guests had not been cleaned up. When we went to address the double booking of the room the staff on duty had no idea how to handle the situation. Eventually they asked us if we were okay with the room if they sent house keeping up, which we were but 20 minutes later we had to track down housekeeping ourselves to get our room cleaned.
