EVEN Hotel Miami - Airport by IHG

Very nice and clean.

System issues took them way too long and they weren’t organized.

Very clean and staff was professional

I liked the cleanliness of the building.

Nothing to note.

The stay was okay for a long layover and served its purpose for a short overnight stay. Unfortunately, the staff at reception wasn’t particularly welcoming. We were simply handed a piece of paper and told that we could find the information we needed there, which felt a little impersonal. Our room also had broken curtains, so the view was completely blocked. We were extremely tired after our journey, so we didn’t have the energy to ask for them to be fixed or request a room change. Overall, the stay was adequate for a long layover, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to hospitality and room maintenance.
