Loved the tall ceilings and doors! The air conditioner kept us cool (almost too cool). It was a short walk to the street car or the bus stop. Walking distance to restaurants (loved Mr Ed’s!).

The only parking was street parking. One of the beds was damaged (support under it was broken) and it was noisy and everything rolled to the middle.

the bed in the front bedroom needs to be replaced , extremely squeaky/noisy when doing absolutely nothing but rolling over ..really the only issue was the bed in the first bedroom & no tv in bedroom as well

There was no breakfast.

Front bedroom mattress needs replacement and ceiling/floor fan installed. 2nd bedroom needs window dressing repaired and/or curtains. Teapot won't close. Otherwise very nice facilities

the property is conveniently located to bourbon street and French quarters. It is in a quiet neighborhood. very easy to find. there was ample parking and we could park right in front of the rental. the unit was clean and kept up. the kitchen was stocked well with common things you need. i appreciate the extra laundry detergent pods to wash clothes. plenty of towels and soaps. everything worked . it was clean. beautiful courtyard

i stayed in the room with a king bed, and it creaked ALOT. my three year old who slept with me would barely move and can make a loud sound. not sure if it was the mattress or the bed board but dang. the biggest issue is when other renters arrived and they were loud. the walls are thin so when they would walk the stairs to their unit you can hear everything. they were loud and rambunctious even at 2-3 am. i messaged hosteeva and they quickly responded and helped me which was so impressive. overall our stay was nice, thank you hosteeva

We found this gem after being dissatisfied with a stay at another property. I opened the door to a literal breath of fresh air! Clean and spacious, this condo was fully stocked with dishes and extra linen. The courtyard was cute and quiet but steps away from some of the best restaurants in NOLA and a short jaunt from Tulane & Loyola.

Not a single complaint

The house was actually bigger than expected. Everything was spotless when we arrived, inside and outside. The huge courtyard was an unexpected surprise. We were told if we wanted to bring in a grill to cookout, that they had no problems with us doing that. I've stayed at a lot of rental properties in the past, and a cleaning deposit is standard practice. Every rental have stayed at in the past though want the place pretty much spotless when you leave. With a long list of checkout procedures that typically leave me questioning why I'm paying the cleaning deposit. This rental was different though. When I requested more cleaning supplies so I could run the dishwasher, I was told to just leave everything, that they would take care of it all. I've never stayed in a rental that did that before. My only hope is that next time I'm in New Orleans this property is available again. It will definitely be the first place I look to rent.
