Spacious, clean and in a good location for walking to old Quebec City and also to access busses

Nothing

L’emplacement permettant de profiter du vieux Québec.

Le manque de store occultant, notamment dans la chambre bb

Location was great - 1 block away from the many shops on Rue Saint Jean. Food and wine was easy to pick up and all that was needed to cook breakfast was in the fully stocked kitchen. Very quiet and reception was helpful. Very walkable - and we left our car in the garage and just walked everywhere. Would definitely recommend. Can't wait to go back to do more shopping!

Nothing comes to mind.

Nice balcony with great views. The location although a bit far from the main area was good. The apartment was big and had everything needed.

The incessant emails with instructions to clean the place and the request to inspect the place before I left then to cancel that request was a pain. The cleaning crew decided to come in at 10 am when I stated I was checking out at 11 am.. the fact that check in is 5 PM? Then they come in early.. the apartment had multiple issues including some alarm in the heating closet system that went off 4 times it once shut the water off someone had to come fix it. The furniture in the patio was near broken so you couldn't really sit there. The shower had black tape holding the handle so I couldn't raise it. The shower had no shelves for soap or shampoo.. everything had to go on the floor and the shower was slippery. Not my favorite place to say the least.
