La città di Ponta Delgada è una distanza di 28 km e 25 km dall'aeroporto.
La vista sulla città, il mare e le montagne è spettacolare ei tramonti sono mozzafiato. Per sfruttare al meglio questi panorami hanno a loro disposizione una terrazza con un barbecue, amache e tutto il necessario per vivere il giardino.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely historic country home ! The view from the terrace is absolutely amazing- the bay of Mosteiros with sunsets in the evening just perfect.

This place is as closebto Heaven as You can get! The views are breathtaking...absolutely the most beautiful views from a home we Have Ever experienced. The grounds are lush with plants and flowers...like a painting. The House is a Rustic and Charming! We can't wait to go Back!! Thank You for this wonderful place to enjoy and relax :)

The view was spectacular. We were 6 people. We enjoyed this house so much. You have to realize in Mosteiros that the weather can change in an instant. Fatima was a welcoming host. Just so you know the beds are doubles so if you are a big person you might find them small. You have so much privacy here. There is noone around and it is quiet. It is quite damp so the towels dont dry very fast but the sunroom is warm and you can dry things there. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. It is so beautiful.

Traumhafte Aussichten...
Das Casa da Pedreira ist für all diejenigen der perfekte Ort, die sich gerne im Freien aufhalten und von der großen Terrasse diesen einmaligen Blick aufs Meer und den Ort Mosteiros zu schätzen wissen. Dann gibt es noch die geräumige, verglaste Veranda, man könnte auch Wintergarten dazu sagen, um diesen Blick auch bei Wind und etwas kühleren Temperaturen erleben zu können. Hinzu kommt eine herrliche Stille, da es sich um ein freistehendes Haus mit 4000 qm Grundstück handelt und man von der Nachbarschaft nichts mitbekommt. Eine gemauerte Grillstelle, eine Waschmaschine, ein schattenspendender Garten und eine Außendusche sind weitere Annehmlichkeiten. Ein Mietwagen ist zwingend notwendig wegen der eher abgeschiedenen Hanglange. Es ist nichts für Leute, die auf deutsche TV-Programme, eine Geschirrspülmaschine, breite Doppelbetten, auf ein modernes Inventar und helle Räume einen großen Wert legen.
Für Romantiker, Naturliebhaber, Ruhesuchende und
alle, die sich an einem atemberaubenden Meerblick und schönen Sonnenuntergängen erfreuen können, ist es genau das Richtige, besser geht's nicht ;-)

Gelungene Unterkunft mit Charme
Unser Aufenthalt in dem über hundert Jahre alten Haus mit phantastischer Aussicht war sehr gelungen. Keine Nachbarn - Ruhe pur!
Einzig das Küchen Equipment lässt ein wenig zu wünschen übrig, wenn man sich selber versorgen will - aber der Blick und das Ambiente lässt einen gelassen darüber hinweg sehen.

Enchanting house, brilliant views!
We enjoyed our stay in this enchanting little house with charming accents from another age. Ver well maintained, although in its original old
world style. Our kids enjoyed the loft accommodation, like having their own apartment space. We spent many nights on the beautiful terrace gazing up at the stars, identifying constellations. Perfect for starry nights.
The lovely owner gave us a good run of the island, places to eat, things to do etc. She has a file nicely prepared with local information. She had provided us with delicious eggs from her very own chickens, milk, bread which is such a welcome starter breakfast pack for a family!
The kitchen is a a bit of a squeeze which was fine nevertheless. Some little basics were missing like salt and pepper, toilet paper. I’m sure the owners will catch up on that or you have to remember to take along.

A beautiful two weeks at Mosteiros in what seems to be a well known house (every local we met knew it by name!) and it’s not hard to see why. An amazing location and breathtaking and relaxing outlook. Cool inside with all the sun you need on the patio overlooking the town. Plenty of parking, a huge garden and field to run around in, kick a ball, space to breathe! Simple but well equipped house which is just what you need on holiday. A great base to explore the island and somewhere special to return to every day which matches the beautiful island of Sao Miguel. The owner and family were lovely, welcoming and very helpful when ever called upon. Very hard to leave! Highly recommend Terra Do Pico and the very friendly bakery who can deliver bread to the house every morning.
