Per la vostra privacy, la villa self catering si trova all'interno della parte della Comunità recintata del Santuario di West Haven ed è accessibile solo tramite ingresso codificato. La villa è considerata classe esecutiva a causa degli arredi di qualità all'interno e della comunità sicura in cui si trova. Godetevi una nuotata rilassante nella tua riserva privata a sud, dove il sole splende dalla mattina alla sera o divertiti nella nostra sala giochi.
Il Santuario è situato in una posizione privilegiata, a circa 12 minuti dai parchi Disney e numerosi campi da golf. A ChampionsGate, a soli 3 minuti di distanza (e sempre passato quando usciti dall'I4 in rotta verso la villa), ci sono una selezione di punti vendita: Subway, McDonalds, Wendys, Dunkin Donuts / Baskin Robbins, Mexican Chili, Millers Ale House, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, cinese (da asporto), italiano (mangiare e da asporto), pesce e patatine (mangiare e da asporto), supermercato Publix, farmacia Walgreens, parrucchieri, 7 undici e 2 stazioni di servizio. Continuare passato il Santuario per circa 3/4 miglio all'incrocio dell'autostrada 27 dove troverete molti altri stabilimenti per mangiare e negozi locali.

We had a good stay, great house with lots of space there was just a few things around the house that could be updated/ fixed to make things better. One of which is the lanai at the pool there are quite a few parts of it that have holes which makes it so it doesn’t work well to keep the reptiles and insects out. As well the outside area all around the pool really needs a deep scrub there is lots of black mold built up around, and by the waterfall of the spa there is lots white scum that should be scraped off. The master bedroom with ensuite could definitely use a new bed they put a mattress topper on it to fix it for now but it really just sinks into far. Also with the topper the sheets do not stay on so you constantly have to fit the sheets again they are also very pilly. One thing that absolutely needs to be updated is the pillows through out the house they are extremely extremely thin and very uncomfortable I’m not talking a little worn in these pillows have no fluff left to them at all. It’s just little things around the house that could use a little more attention for comfort that would make all the difference in the world. Other than these few things it was a nice house to stay at and if these things were updated we would absolutely be back.

Great location and communication with the host. However, it is definitely outdated but kind of expected that for the price. We did have an issue with the fridge while there and the owner responded quickly and had someone there the next day.

Our family stayed here for a week (2 parents with 5 children). We had a fantastic time. The house was good to use as a base for outings as well as just spending time hanging out at the house. There are plenty of games and televisions that kept us occupied, and the private pool was fantastic to have, being warm and well-maintained. The neighborhood felt very safe. The pictures and listing description were very accurate and helped us to plan ahead. Simon was very communicative, and his information was thorough and accurate.

There’s a leak under the kitchen sink and the container underneath the sink plumbing had overflowed and you could smell mildew
