Stai cercando una vacanza nella splendida Key Largo ?! Non guardare oltre! La nostra casa modulare theamed da 1.000 piedi quadrati con un ordito attorno al ponte. Accesso al molo condiviso / minuscola spiaggia, è il posto perfetto per riposarsi dopo aver trascorso una giornata piena di sole all'insegna del divertimento!
La nostra casa modulare arredata con la spiaggia splendidamente decorata offre 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno.
Camera da letto n. 1 è un letto matrimoniale, camera da letto n. 2 è una piccola stanza con un letto singolo (ideale per i bambini)
C'è un divano letto nella zona giorno che si tira su un letto.
Cucina aperta di dimensioni standard, piena di piatti, tazze, utensili, pentole e padelle di tutto il necessario per cucinare.
Propano grill e salottino con avvolgente ponte, darsena condivisa / accesso alla spiaggia minuscola. (L'accesso condiviso è con un'altra casa anche noi siamo usciti vacualmente)
Lavanderia a gettoni proprio sul posto.

** Purtroppo il varo non può essere effettuato dalla proprietà. C'è una rampa della barca 1 miglio da casa nostra. La barca può essere attraccata e rimanere ancorata a casa per il resto del soggiorno.

Over all it was a nice place with an amazing location

The hot water system was archaic. It broke a few days in to the trip. The property manager was responsive; however the person who fixes things was not. It did get fixed after a couple of days.
Our grill broke. The person that fixes things tried to fix it. His attempt failed we were promised a new grill he brought another old dirty grill from another property. The property manager finally got us a new grill.
The internet was non existent. You had to go on the deck to connect. The fix was simple; however the management wasn’t interested.
In summary the stay was okay based on the location.

Would book again. Close to everything. Quiet area and very pleasant. It worked well with our dog and she enjoyed the vacation too! Nice place. Responsive manager to any questions.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Perfect place in Key Largo! I've never seen such beautiful sunsets before!! Very clean, well decorated, and spacious home! There's a diving and snorkeling charter right outside the neighborhood, John Pennekamp State Park is only 2 miles away. The host Kirsten was extremely friendly and very responsive. She sent us over a list of recommended restaurants and fun things to do! This place is a hidden gem! Great value, great location! We really enjoyed our stay in Kirsten home and will be back!!!

Perfect Paradise Getaway!!!
This home is truly a peace of paradise! We enjoyed ever bit of our stay and will be back! Located right in the heart of Key largo close to all the fun things we had planned for our trip! The sunsets from the dock are absolutely breathtaking! We even had the privilege of seeing some curious manatees that swam right up to us!! I was an amazing experience! Plenty of parking on the lot for our boat and trailer, we dropped our boat in the water right down the road from the house, and docked our boat at the home for the remainder of our stay which was very nice and convenient. The house itself is clean and well maintained with comfy beds, and cute beach décor to really give you the beachy feel. Kirsten was a fantastic host and very friendly. She sent us over a bunch of local recommended restaurants and fun activities that we found very useful during our stay! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we will be back for another awesome stay!!
