The flat is perfect for 2 people, it’s practical og nicely furnished. Very clean, and it was cleaned once and garbage taken out while we stayed (5 days) and towels changed. The flat has everything you need for relaxing on a beach and eating out holiday which was what we did since Vouliagmeni is such a place, very upscale. The flat is situated in a quiet neighborhood very close to the beach, restaurants and supermarked. The flat is a condo, top floor and has a spacious, furnished roofterrace with sun all day and great view.

There is nothing not to like really, but the bathroom might seem a bit small for some. We did not mind. The shower works well and there is enough hot water. The elevater is small too but takes 2 people and 2 suitcases.

Amazing view from the terrace and the bedroom adjacent to it. Clean and cozy.

It was bit smaller than we expected but the huge terrace made the space not too crammed. When reserving, make sure that you notice that theres actually pictures from two apartments mixed and you need to be careful to differentiate between which one you actually want. For us this small studio was good, but for some travellers the other apartment might be better.

I liked the fact that you can find everything you can think of.

It' a bit too small.

The location was excellent—close to Vouliagmeni Lake and the beach, as well as the downtown restaurants along the water. It was incredibly convenient, especially with children. The views from the large balconies were breathtaking, and the space was perfect for relaxing, enjoying a couple of cocktails, and taking in the amazing scenery. We couldn’t have asked for a better location!

The elevator not working and having to walk up the stairs with 2 young children. But it's not a deal breaker. Most places don't even offer elevators.
