The staff (the two ladies) were really sweet and helpfull as they tried to make it our best stay. The location is not really in the centre but it is at a walking distance. Breakfast was easy but fresh and tastefull. The tidiness everywhere in the building. That is a big plus.

Place was great and owner was lovely person. We loved to stay in Motel Poppelvej! Beds were good, everything was clean. The motel was the nicest one we have ever visited 🙂

Some evenings it was hard to sleep because you could hear everything from the other room.

Walking distance to city center.. 15 minutes Located in an industrial area. Very clean, nice breakfast and comfortable beds.

Breakfast was well presented and more that adequate.

The hotel is on a trading estate, out of town. No facilities in the area. Prob not a problem if you have your own car but we had arrived by taxi from the station.

For the price everything was okay. Very good breakfast.

Really convenient for a quick stop : easy and self check in and check out, spacious room with all amenities, clean, not noisy... We arrived late and left early and it was ideal for one night.

The staff was incredibly kind, smiling every time we saw her. We were even offered free breakfast. The room had everything we needed and more than we expected and in the reception we had the opportunity to play board games, table tennis and more and also a microwave in case we bought food to heat up at the grocery store nearby. The room was clean and cozy and had a door to the hallway as well as one leading straight outside where we could sit and eat. We were over all incredibly happy with our stay at Motel Poppelvej!! 🤗

It gives you direct access to your room from the car park which was very convenient. And the fridge in the room came in handy.

The room was a little tired and I had to leave the en suite door open during the day to help dry the floor and towels. There was a slight odd smell when entering the room, but perhaps that was just me with an over sensitive nose...!? The door blind didn’t cover right to the ends so you could see out (and I assume in) through the sides.

Great value for money! We only stayed one night as a pass-by through Herning. However, we got a room exactly as displayed on the photos. Bonus points for extra comfy bed and great selection at breakfast
