Janiculum near Trastevere Vatican nice studio well equipped with large terrace
A little but very nice apartment (monotype) provided with air conditioning (heat pump), bathroom with shower box, hair dryier, color tv, free Wifi, kitchen-corner, well equipped (two induction plates, micro-wave oven, electric italian type caffettiera, toaster) and panoramic very large (41 square meters) terrace with awning, table, chairs and chaises-longues. For two persons. Located in the residential historical and artistical area of Gianicolo-Monteverde Vecchio, near the Parks of Villa Pamphili and Villa Sciarra, fifthin minutes away from the center of Trastevere, 25 minutes by bus from Colosseo. The most famous view of Rome is from the top of this hill (three famous points of view!). Urban train FL3 in the station of Quattro Venti is 250 meters away. Very good restaurants, open air market, supermarket (one big open until 8,30 pm, one little open until 10 pm, any kind of shops (a delicious pastry and ice-cream shop too!) in the same street or very near. Very good and very cheap pizzerie-rosticcerie (also take-away). The lift arrives to the fourth floor. There are twenty more normal steps to climb. There is also a private foam fire extinguisher. I live in the apartment below the studio.

This is the best experience I've ever had at an VRBO. MAURIZIO was absolutely amazing! He offered to pick us up at the train station amd gave us a quick tour of his neighborhood. We are two women traveling alone and we felt very safe. There are 3 locks to get into the apartment so it's very secure and felt like a safe area. The patio is amazing and I loved hanging out there in the morning. The bus and train are very close. When our Uber was running late, he took us back to the train station and saved us from missing our train. He's so kind. Book just to meet this great Roman!

Exceptional host Maurizio, who was extremely helpful with the history of Rome and making sure we get to the property easily. He even offered to give us a ride around to familiarise with the surroundings. The property was perfect. In a very quiet area on the top floor with a huge terrace with loungers and a table, from which you can see Rome and have gorgeous sunsets. It was clean with all the amenities that you would need. I would only choose this place again once we decide to comw back. Thank you Maurizio!

THIS PLACE IS JUST WONDERFUL SAFE SECURE GOOD FIRM BED GREAT HAIRDRYER EVERY FACILITY YOU COULD WANT AND MAURIZIO IS AN INTELLGENT INFORMATIVE AND LOVELY HOST5 MINITES FROM TRAIN AND BUS STOPS OUTSIDELOCAL BAKERY SUPERMARKETS AND RESTAURANTSKEEP IT SECRET!!!!!

This is a gem of a place .. very cute and comfortable and has everything that you need ..There is shopping close by along with some very good pizza places that maurizio pointed out to us on a guided tour he took us thru of his city..Both the bus stops that we used 982(goes to the colosseum and the Vatican City) and bus 75 (goes to Rome city) are within a 5 min walk or less..Great location, exceptional value and Maurizio and Milena were amazing to deal with .. would highly recommend this beautiful little gem in Travestere..Yvonne and jim
