Fun! I want to try your other properties.

We liked everything. Great for families, clean, nice staff, stores and restaurants all around. There was nothing they didn’t have.

I stepped on a broken piece of plastic cup buried in the sand that sliced my foot.

Fine, very upset to be downgraded without refund back yet

Nice area close to Disney

Was downgraded from pool to no pool. Was notified 3 days before. Only got 4 bedroom to get private pool.

We would choose this resort if we are ever back in Orlando FL

It was clean and all that we needed was within arms length. The experience was greater than expected.

Decent one time stay

The location was really great excluding traffic but that's Orlando. There was a theater, restaurants and a few stores right in front of the hotel which was nice. The room was nice and beds were comfortable. The guys at the valet were SO friendly and accommodating even though we didn't valet our car. There are a lot of stores and restaurants within a few miles which was nice.

The shower has no water pressure and is only half covered with a glass door. It's SO cold because half the shower is exposed so we dreading having to take showers. Also no exhaust fan. We came back to the room at 3 pm and had no toilet paper and when we called the young lady was rude. She explained that house keeping is between 10 and 6 so they didn't get to our room yet. This wouldn't be an issue but they only left ONE roll of toilet paper each time they cleaned even if the one on the roll was almost empty. There are NO extra's in the room as far as soap, one towel per person, no kleenex etc... like at every hotel we've ever stayed in. There is gel soap, shampoo & conditioner in the shower. We wouldn't stay again because the price is extremely high for what you get-the little things can make a big difference. Those wanting to go to Disney or Celebration but don't want to stay at their resorts it's a good alternative but it's not cheaper. A dog peed on the concrete near our room and we passed it for four days. The owner should have taken a glass of water and rinsed it off but the staff passed it everyday too?! No Margaritaville restaurant at The Margaritaville Resort?

My family had a fantastic time!!

Loved the decor of the cottage and the layout. Loved the balconies for each room. Hot tub was a plus. Large TVs were great as well.

Needed chairs on balconies! Needed more privacy shrubs or petitions for hot tub area.

Fun! Enjoyed our brief stay minus the lack of employees

room options, amenities, provisions store was a blessing

not enough employees. we rented 3 cabanas for our large family group and we were assigned one server which was busy with the other patrons at the pool. it’s unrealistic to have 1 server for half the pool area. the poor guy apologized and explained he just didn’t have time to serve us. we ended up waiting at the bar for service which also only had 2 bartenders and a packed bar. I’m not above waiting but when you spend 900.00 to have 3 cabanas at the pool you kind of expect a little service. they just need more employees to handle the amount of patrons.

we love Jimmy Buffet and this was a bucket list destination. won’t be able to travel again due to bone cancer, unfortunately.

Cottage was spotless, fantastic room, beds, appliances..etc. Gorgeous little get-away. We had our own pool and hot tub.

The small things: shampoo, soap, toilet paper..all cheap. Also everything is nickel and dime...you want the pool heated, you pay. There was a grill but no propane so it cost 35$ for the tank. Prices of food/alcohol very high. Friday and Saturday night only ONE bar open-everything closed at 8pm. So the one restaurant that was open was packed and were not allowing to-go orders. Service was mediocre-ocre. Not enough staff throughout.

The pool amenities were great! I appreciated them having one for adults and one for kids. Here, there was something for everyone. The room was very spacious and CLEAN & the employees were exceptional!

The baby dragonflies. But after a while, I became accustomed to them.

We staid in the cottages and loved the hot tub, the space and having three floors so we could stay away from the kids haha. The pool area is nice, the cabanas are pricey as are the drinks and food.

The prices of the food and drink by the pool is very expensive. Having only one bar tender for the pool guest during spring break was also awful! Had to wait in line for at least 30min every time wanted a drink.

Great location and perfect spot for two couples with their own space.

We stayed in the rental cottages with another couple and it was perfect for having our own space on two different floors, but still have a common area to hang out and cook in. It was easy to drive to all the Disney and Universal parks from here. We drove each morning and had no major issues. We didn't have a chance to check out the rest of the resort, but it looked beautiful from the outside. Great location from basic stores to pickup food and other essentials too.

The cottage was great, but it would have been nice to have more spare towels and other toiletries. We were busy all day at Disney that having to wash towels was a bit difficult. They had a paid cleaning service, but we weren't sure if we could get more without having to pay extra.

Superb

The property was beautiful and clean. Upon check in, we were greeted with a complimentary drink which sounded great after all the traveling we did to get there! The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Our experience at Margaritaville was very similar to the many island resorts that we have been fortunate enough to visit over the years. You definitely get a "true island vibe" without spending the extra time and money traveling out of the country. We enjoyed the live music and laid back atmosphere. We traveled with our teenage daughters who seemed to enjoy the resort as much as we did. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. This is a great place for couples, families, and friends. We try to get to Florida every year, we will definitely stay here again.
