The owner is kind, the apartment is clean, and everything is good, but the noise between floors is very bad We have to booked hotel for two nights for sleep at Booking.com again.

It's a wonderful very spacious apartment equipped with anything you could need! And on top of that the owner is a super lovely guy who will give you lots of tips on what to do in the area and he'll even left some lovely surprises such as chocolate and beer for me! Would 100% recommend staying here if you're visiting Cuenca 🙂

Plenty of space, 2 bathrooms, easy walking distance to parking garage and to the old city. Friendly and helpful hosts. Parking garage was tight, as are many in Europe.

The apartment was light and bright, and having two bathrooms was a bonus. The kitchen was well appointed for basic food preparation. The location was close to good bars and restaurants, and in walking distance to the old city (for people of average fitness). Our host made us feel very welcome, and gave us a lot of good information about things to see and do in Cuenca. The apartment was also very close to supermarkets and a bread shop, which was very convenient.

Beds were a little firmer than I would normally like (but I still slept well). The apartment is up 3 flights of stairs. This did not cause us any problems, and is not a criticism of the property, but be aware for people with young children, or limited mobility, that there is no lift.
