The check in process was easy and the location near the snowflake lift was ideal. Unit was clean and we enjoyed our stay. As far as room we had 2 adults and a teenager which was just right. Ski lockers on site were convenient and the mini locker space in the condo for ski clothes and gear was super nice.

The Condo was clean and well maintained. The chair lift next to the building was great and convenient. The only problem was you could not ski back to the loading spot. Had to take a bus back to the start and also my housing.

Great Property for Couple / small group - very close the lift nicely decorated with fire place, good sofa sleeper, with TV. The Sauna / Spa was not open (maintenance) every day. We would stay again - great location ski in/out.

Great stay only 80 steps from the Snowflake Lift, and an easy walk to the many Breck restaurants and shops. Quaint and cozy. We're hoping to return next January for another stay.

Despite the fact that we had to call twice to get the code, the overall stay was very good, the location is great for skiers and for people that prefer to walk to restaurants. The condo was very well equipped. Maybe some improvements can be done to the power connections at the kitchen as well as the toaster.

Convenient location for skiing. Parking garage with the ski storages is a plus. Proximity to a ski lift. Couldn't ski back to the condo - closed trail, but the free shuttle stops near by. Cozy little condo!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay! The accommodations were perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed the location and were able to walk to Main Street each day. Our favorite thing was the awesome trail situated right behind our unit. We would recommend this unit to our friends and family for sure!!

Riverbend is a great location for the skier that likes easy access to lift and to get their vertical in! Unit was comfortable with plenty of amenities for my stay! Being just a few blocks from Main St made for some fun evenings out and about.

Perfect Location Ski/Walk to Snowflake Lift, you are right next to this lift and can see the lift chairs from the window. The Covered parking was great. All keyless entry, no need to worry "where is the key?" Space was just right for two adults. Close to downtown, you walk to town downhill and walk uphill to return to the condo.

Beautiful condo!
We loved staying in this condo. Very short walk to snowflake lift which takes you up to 4 o’clock run that you can ski right back down to Riverbend Lodge/snowflake lift. Or you can take a different run to the base of peak 8! We saw elk from the window in our room and loved watching it snow out the window while sitting by the fireplace. We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub-we used it twice in our short stay and never saw anyone else in it. There is no oven in the kitchen which we didn’t realize at the time of booking, but the kitchen provided everything we needed to cook breakfasts, frozen pizzas (toaster oven), and warm leftovers from eating out. The garage is heated and has convenient ski lockers. My husband has been to Breck many times and said this was his favorite place to stay! The host provided more than we needed as far as paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, lotion, bar soap, etc.

Two things to be aware of:
1.) The laundry facilities at the property only take quarters. We tried getting change from a few stores and they weren't willing to give us quarters so we found an outside laundromat downtown. These units were much newer and it made for an unexpected trip to hang with some locals and drink a beer while doing laundry. Not a big deal but either plan to bring quarters or plan to hit the laundromat.
2.) The slope back at the end of the day has a ton of flat areas. If your tired or on a snowboard it could suck. That said, we ski and don't mind the extra effort, but just be aware at the end of the day.
