Everything was okay

Claudio was always helpful and attentive with tips where to visit and to eat. The flat was spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable.
A mousquito net on a couple of windows would have been good but generally we were very happy with the apartment.

This home suited our group of 4 couples. It was very clean and orderly. There is a locked outer gate, locked door to the entrance of the villa and a door to the apartment so we felt very secure. There were three short flights of steps to enter the apartment. There is a balcony with chairs to welcome you to relax outside. Claudio was very helpful in securing taxis to and from the train station and Florence airport. He also made restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed exploring this beautiful spa town and taking the funicular up to Montecatini Alto for the breathtaking views.
