The Villas at Poipu Kai è lo sviluppo più nuovo e lussuoso all'interno del Poipu Kai Resort, situato sulla soleggiata riva sud di Kauai! Unità C110 è una villa di lusso a 3 piani con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni, con oltre 1.600 piedi quadrati di spazio abitabile e un grande lanai con vista sulla bellissima cintura verde di Poipu. Ha due ampie camere da letto matrimoniali, con letti king size, bagno privato e un sacco di spazio armadio. Una terza camera ha due letti singoli e un ulteriore bagno completo indipendente.
Questa elegante villa si trova vicino alla zona verde di Poipu, con la sua passerella pavimentata che conduce ad alcune delle più belle spiagge della costa meridionale di Kauai. Fai una passeggiata di 3 minuti verso la spiaggia di Brennecke per vedere le tartarughe marine o fare un po 'di boogie boarding e body surfing di livello mondiale. Oppure dirigiti 5 minuti nella direzione opposta per accedere rapidamente al Grand Hyatt Resort e alla Shipwrecks Beach. Poipu è una base ideale per esplorare l'Isola del Giardino, dal Waimea Canyon e Polihale sul lato ovest di Princeville e Hanalei a nord.

This was our first visit to Kauai and we loved it! The villa was beautiful, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach essentials. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and all the amenities on the property. Sunsets at Poipu Beach is a must. The turtles washing up on the beach in the evening was amazing to watch. Old Kōloa Town was a short ride down the road with everything you could possibly need from restaurants, shops, food trucks, a grocery store and of course, Hawaiian shaved ice. Stephen and Michael were wonderful hosts. Both were very responsive to any of our needs during our stay. The only reason I gave this property 4 stars is because of the noise level we experienced in the unit above us. We could hear every footstep of the tenants above us and it unfortunately woke us up every morning between 5:00am-6:00am. This property would have easily been a 5 stars property had it not been for this issue. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and would recommend this property for your visit. Stephen and Michael were great! The issues that we experienced were out of their control and we completely understand that. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Our six-night stay at the Villas at Poipu Kai was wonderful, and Stephen was an outstanding host. The condo served as the perfect home base for an amazing visit to Kauai. Its layout and amenities were ideal for our group—my wife and me, along with our daughter, son-in-law, and three grandchildren (ages 7, 5, and 2). With us coming from Alabama and them from Alaska, it was a special time together.We’re already planning another trip and hope to stay in the same location again. Stephen went above and beyond by allowing us to extend our checkout time so our grandchildren could rest before their overnight flight back to Alaska. That kindness made a big difference for our family.

This condo was very nice. We found that the location of this place was very good and a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with all kinds of spices. The only improvement to this place is that all the window shades need to be replaced. They are really in bad shape and do not do justice the the quality of the condo. This is the reason I gave this condo only 3 stars and not the 5. I would stay here again and I hope I get the chance to do so soon.
