Location was perfect.
Staff was professional and friendly.
Shower head in the master suite was dirty.
A dresser drawer in the bedroom needed attention..
Small hole in the wall on the side of dryer/washer leading to the kitchen.

The locations, the pools, how the hotel did an activity with the guest everyday. My kids enjoyed the form party.

The location and amenities.
The elevators took quite sometime due to the amount of people there. Not sure how to fix the situation.

The host did not confirm my stay so I was at the desk for over 30 mins trying to figure where my reservation was and the host had to send an email.
