Splendida e decorata, nuova casita con 2 camere da letto, situata in un sicuro e lussuoso quartiere di Fallbrook, in California, offre viste mozzafiato sul tramonto dal ponte avvolgente 3/4 con porte scorrevoli in vetro che si affacciano sul campo da golf Old Fallbrook che presto sarà la casa della nuova Via Monserate Winery and Vineyards.
La casita è di 860 piedi quadrati ed è splendidamente arredata con un soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina completamente attrezzata pronta per preparare i tuoi piatti preferiti. Le due camere da letto includono un letto king size e un letto matrimoniale. Entrambi includono confortevoli materassi memory foam e belle lenzuola. C'è una lavatrice, asciugatrice, ferro e asse da stiro. C'è un bagno completo con servizi.
Questa è una casita privata indipendente che può ospitare fino a quattro persone con parcheggio dedicato di fronte alla casita. Questo è anche l'ideale per soggiorni aziendali.

A beautiful Casita and the views are spectacular. They have done such a great job with decorating, stocking and landscaping. The care they have put into all the succulent plants adds so much beauty and interest. We loved the deck on all the sides and furnished and decorated for you comfort. Bianca is so hospitable, we arrived and there was fresh croissants with butter and jam waiting under a glass cover and fresh fruit that we had to pinch to see if it was real. I never imagined being treated so well. We had privacy but really enjoyed when they stopped to visit or check in to see if we needed anything. They were A+++ hosts. We loved every minute here. They thought of everything.

This place was amazing, it was very clean it had everything we needed and more. Bianca and her husband went out of their way for us they made me feel as if I was part of their family.

Bianca and Jaime are the most welcoming and wonderful hosts. From the beginning of our stay, right to the end, there was top notch communication. The casita had plenty of room to spread out for my husband and I, and the 2nd bedroom was a real bonus since my husband (though he denies it) ... snores. The peace and quiet of this area is sooo wonderful! We certainly appreciated how well stocked it was, with everything from bottled water, to coffee/tea, and loads of bathroom products. We highly recommend this property, and its' lovely hosts!

My husband and son stayed in this beautiful place for 2 weeks and were very pleased with everything. The home is equipped with everything you need. The beds were comfy and the beautiful deck has great views all around. Jayme and Bianca were great to deal with and all the extra touches they have added made for a very relaxing vacation. This property is perfectly situated near everything will a short commute to San Diego, Temecula and Oceanside. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area
