Questa è una casa a due piani con tre camere da letto, un bagno completo e un mezzo bagno.
MAESTRO
Il Master è al primo piano e comprende un letto matrimoniale, TV a schermo piatto e un cassettone per i vostri effetti personali.
Il bagno completo ha doppi lavandini, una vasca da bagno profonda e doccia. Avrai gli asciugamani 'di qualità alberghiera', lo shampoo Joico e il lavaggio del corpo sono inclusi.
C'è una lavatrice / asciugatrice, ma è disponibile solo se rimani più di 5 giorni.

Il piano superiore ha due camere da letto con bagno di servizio (wc e lavandino). Una camera da letto ha un letto full-size con una finestra sul cortile e sul lucernario.
La seconda camera da letto ha un letto full-size con una zona salotto e anche l'accesso al grande balcone. Il posto perfetto per bere un caffè al mattino o un bicchiere di vino la sera e guardare le bellissime stelle.
Questa proprietà era un negozio generale quindi i soffitti sono bassi in alcuni posti, compreso il bagno.

Hai una cucina completamente attrezzata che ha tutto il necessario per preparare una cena del Ringraziamento o scaldare una pizza. Hai una piastra per preparare frittelle, una piastra per waffle, caffettiera (includiamo caffè, tè, zucchero), microonde, ecc. Tutti i piatti, i coltelli, le tazze sono inclusi così come le varie spezie che puoi usare.

Sala da pranzo set 6 molto comodamente. Ottimo posto per condividere un pasto o giocare con alcuni giochi. Ci sono vari giochi disponibili per prendere in prestito e di solito un puzzle o due per iniziare o aggiungere.
Siamo cani amichevoli. Per tua comodità, prendi un waterer alimentato a gravità da 5 galloni per il tuo pelo.

We had a nice stay for the weekend with a friend and our 2 dogs. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced backyard. The property was very cute and historic. My only complaint is the owner couldn't guarantee propane was in the grill. Luckily, it was full enough but it would have been an inconvenience to have to refill it.

We have been renting VRBO places in Prescott for 15 years and this is the best. Its proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, etc is great. Everything was clean and as described. We would rent this again. And the host was wonderful.

This was our 2nd time staying at the General Store, clearly we are very pleased with the home and with Debb the host. My husband and I with our 5 year old Husky stayed for 9 days this time, part holiday and part working remotely. The WiFi was excellent for working and the very large dining table made it easy to spread out and work comfortable.
The Master Bed and bath on the mail floor had all the necessary accommodations to make our stay comfortable. We also appreciated the use of the washer dryer so we could pack lightly.
We were able to make several meals in the home, and when we chose to dine out, all our favorite places were just 5-10 min away. If you haven't tried Red White and Brew, Farm Provisions, Limoncello, or Gato Azul, what are you waiting for! The Fry's grocery was just a quick 2 min drive when we needed fruit or snacks for the work week.
We are outdoor enthusiasts and really enjoyed the convenience of many trails including Gold Water, Peavine and Granite Basin which ended up being our favorite this visit, with all the wild flowers and abundance of lily pads in the lake.
For those of you with a dog, Prescott has the nicest, cleanest dog park I have ever been to and just a quick 10 min drive down the street.
We love the General Store and would recommend to anyone.

The house was very nice, clean, the backyard was perfect for my 2 little dogs. The house is centrally located to everything in Prescott.

Close to everything you want to do
The house is super cute! The stairs to the second and third bedrooms are really steep (no joke). Luckily, we did not need them. We were able to visit several lakes within a 5 mile radius. The only reason I did not give the location 5 stars is the condition of other properties around the block when I walked the dogs and the sobriety house next door. Despite this, everyone was respectful. I would recommend this property.

Perfect Get Away
We have stayed here multiple times and we really enjoy this lovely, well maintained and decorated house with a perfect location. Debbie is extremely accommodating and we will definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Rental House
We ended up staying an extra day because we loved the house so much. Deb was very accommodating and our puppy had a great time too. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a nice getaway. Well maintained and nicely decorated. 5 stars

Reserved space to sleep 6 people. That would have been fine, if everyone was a couple. Someone had to sleep on the couch, which didn’t even pull out into a bed. Place was dirty. Very little pride in the property. Pretty disappointed in the overall experience.

Comfortable Property in Prescott
The good.
The property is cute, cozy, and well stocked. Our family enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and feed our family. We brought our dogs but forgot their water and food dishes. No worries, the property had them on hand, so we didn't have to run out and get new ones. The place was warm and cozy, which was great given that it was super cold while we were there (18 degrees). We were a little worried there weren’t many blankets on hand, but it turns out we had nothing to be worried about because the heaters and blankets were more than sufficient to keep our family warm and comfortable.
The bad/annoying.
It turns out that there is an extra fee for having more than 2 people in your group. I booked the house for our family (my wife and two kids). I was more than a little surprised that when I looked at my breakdown of fees, I was charged almost $200 more for bringing my kids. This was not something that was disclosed on the property description and was, in my opinion, a little dishonest.
Additionally, the property location was not disclosed until after booking. There are some concerning elements near the property that were a little surprising, which is obviously why the location is not disclosed before booking.
In the end.
There was nothing to be concerned about with the location and I would book this property again, but I just think it is important to have full disclosure.

Weekend until Prescott
We went into town to see the Christmas parade and events plus get in some dining and shopping. The accommodations were amazing and we would love to be able to stay there again when we return. Perfect location !

Cute house
The house was a nice size for the two of us. It had a fenced backyard which was good for our dog. I liked the upstairs patio and porch swing. The trees in the yard and on the street had great fall colors.

Courage General Store
We had a great time. We were very satisfied with our choice. Debb was a great host and responded very fast to any questions. The house is close to stores, post office, gas station, and it is not fare away from downtown Prescott. The house has all items that we needed available. As Debb stated the stairs to the upstairs are very steep and the ceiling is low.
We would stay there again in the future.

Everything was good and we enjoyed the house -and hope to return. There were a few hitches but all minor and Debb was very responsive. We toured around Prescott/Jerome/Sedona using the store as home base. For our purposes it was perfect.

Whiskey Basin Race Trip
Two of my girlfriends and I stayed here for a trail race and it was absolutely perfect. It was in a quiet neighborhood which was great because we were in town to run! The house is adorable and comfortable. Since we are outdoorsy ladies, we could have done with a bit more pressure in the shower :), but definitely wasn't a deal breaker. The owner was very specific with all the info and our stay was hassle free!

This house was perfect for our 2-week stay! The Owner Deb was fantastic! Everything was as described. Also the fenced in backyard was ideal for our 2 dogs. Would highly recommend!!!

Full of joy
The house was very clean and every attention to detail was taken in creating a warm feel. Remodel work, furnishings and decorations were beautifully coordinated.

Not for me
Not good fit for me. Could not lower A/C below 78, didn't find this out until after I paid. Called owner to get instruction on how to operate TV, she said to contact the cable company, her stock response to queries was "it's in the binder", felt like she was inconvenienced. Agreed to a small refund, which has not happened. Won't be staying there again.
