Location is good. I didn't have breakfast because I left for a trip.
I didn't find hot water in the bath.

Breakfast was not up to the mark, location is very good.
Receptionist was not either attentive nor he was able to speak English. Reception itself is not proportionate to the hotel. I stayed there ten years ago. Now management has put a lot of money to modernize. And with little efforts it can stand along with new entrants in the field like updating staff, reception etc.

No support staff to even carry the luggage. Booked for AC room. Given a Non AC room. Reception staff very rude,

The Hotel is located very near to the National highway
The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. A foul smell was coming from the Washroom. The room service was very bad. Even after 30 minutes, there is no delivery in the room. I had to keep on reminding them. The floors were not properly dusted and cleaned.
