All good. Nice, clean, and good facility. Breakfast in sweet style. Good coffee. Water and juices in the fridge. Nice, frendly, and helpfull housekeeper Francesco.
Good to came with car because location is bit far from the cities. There are bicycles ready to use also.

The patio area was communal but shaded from the sun. The bed room was ok and having an ensuite was a bonus where the room next to us had theirs across the hallway.
We were met not by the host but one of is workers, he showed us around but to our surprise we had to share the kitchen area with other guests. It was not made clear that it was a shared facility in the booking instructions.
The parking is very limited and if you park early you could be blocked in.
The TV did not work in our room when asked the ariel was broken and wasn't sure when it would be fixed.
I had the impression the accommodation was closer to the water than it was but I put that down to me not checking the map.

Very nice quiet place , the owner is really helpful, picking me up from the station , also solving some issue with the room and offering me the bike even for some days that I could not stay there. I recommend this place! they also have the kite surfing school if you want to learn kite surfing there , the spot is very good because less crowded that other areas with much more kiters.

the room was big and well designed, we appreciated it indeed
actually we didn’t totally like the breakfast formula but it can be acceptable the open kitchen. It would be appreciated to have a dish washing machine

Everything is clean and well kept. Real Italian breakfast which I loved and the area is lovely. would definitely come back to stay there again. The room has airco which was highly needed and we could even wash our clothes. Five stars all around.

We had a wonderful stay with francesco at the kite house. We stayed 10 days and would do it again. The rooms are beautiful, the kitchen is fully equipped and there are bicycles available free of charge for the whole time. The associated kite school is only about 5 minutes away by bike and is also highly recommended. We would come back anytime.

We went there off seazon, just before closing the house before winter and yet everything was nice and tidy, and we were taken good care of.
Host is super friendly and helpful in advising local activities!

Great place to stay for excursions or kiteboarding. Francesco (the landloard) was very kind and helpful. One should definitely check out his kiteschool as well - another great place with kind and helpful people (incl. excellent tuition).

The breakfast was great, there was a local style croissant collected daily and cereals, juices and yoghurts. A large selection of tea and coffee. Also they had a kitchen to prepare your own food. The room was really clean and well presented.
The owners were really friendly and full of tips
I can only write one sentence as there wasn't anything not to like.

Super nice Apartment,very clean and modern!
Francesco ,the owner was super friendly and helpful! We especially enjoyed our very delicious breakfast:-)! We’d definitely go there again!!We had a great time!
