It’s in the town center , easy to walk around two bathrooms ,lots of space , clean and the host is very nice, old borgo, very characteristic and lovely

too many and narrow stairs, not good for people who have problems with legs parking is a problem because you have to park further away and walk to the house which is in a narrow street

Terrazzo Vinicio place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around Scicli center and walking distance to awesome monuments and restaurants. Matteo’s place is great, very clean and has everything you need. He was also very helpfull since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it!

the terrace has a fantastic view of the old abandoned church on top of the hill and partly view of the whole city! the place is well furnitured with old pictures and stuff from grandma's time and inside it is very cooling. the location is off the main beaten track which makes it a lovely quiet place.

the kitchen facilities are quite old and used up and definitely the pots and pans need replacement - so does the coffee maker. other then that, all was working fine. the terrace would need a bit of shade to hang out in day time (its too hot up there in the sun).

Lovely typical Italian village (I fell in love with Scicli), really nice location in the middle of it. Very clean, comfortable bed, good shower, enough equipment in the kitchen, etc. Especially for the price it is amazing!

Some minor things need repair: the extractor hood, the toilet seat and 2 lamps. Apartment got very moisty, which made our clothes and the bed clammy. Can easily be fixed! (e.g. with moisture eater). It will certainly also not be a problem in the summer!

The apatment itself and the location is super! The son of the owner Mario was very helpful!

Don't even try to come be car by the entrance! Walk a few minutes from Via Santa Maria la Nova, where you can find a place for a free parking. They dont't provide wi-fi, so take it into consideration!
