A beautiful property located just outside of the town of Clifden. The location was very peaceful and quiet. The owners breed Connemara ponies, and were proud to show them to us.
There was no breakfast. That being said, there is a community kitchen that has everything you need to prepare your own meals. It is also stocked with basic necessities such as coffee and tea.

We had a wonderful time at Faul House! The family room was perfectly sized. We received a very warm welcome by the owners K & M. Our daughters were delighted to being shown the Connemara ponies by the proprietor. The fireplace and the help to dry our clothes made Faul House even more cozy.

Very comfortable beds and rooms. The location is great! It's close to Clifden so it's easy to get a bite to eat after a day of sightseeing or to get breakfast in the morning.
It says it's a Bed & Breakfast, unfortunately no breakfast is served here. I think we might missed this during the booking. You can cook your own in the kitchen, however.

One of our bed was really creaky.

Noisy. From 8 am working construction noises!
Road to get there is tiny and uneasy. No breakfast included.

Beautiful house in the peaceful Irish country side.

Our amiable host gave us a warm welcome right away, then we found a big room with sparkling clean bathroom, lots of extra space and nice styled furniture.
The place sits a bit higher up a hill and we enjoyed the view at the lovely garden with lots of flowers in bloom and across the valley and the quiet atmosphere.
I want to emphasize the beds in our room were the most comfortable I've slept in in a long long time, we will miss those mattresses!
The host was very caring and helpful to all our questions and we enjoyed staying here very much!
Nothing to complain at all!
