The location was amazing. 5 steps away from Ermou st but very quiet.
The host had great communication skills with prompt responses.
Air con was good (one room did not have aircon but a potable fan)
The private terrace on the 3rd level is huge and you also have a private jacuzzi, this was a pleasant suprise.
The hot water system was a failure. Had to warm it up for 45 minutes and only got 10 mins or so to shower 5 people.
With a family of 5- this did not work.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Slept with a hard spring on our backs.
The chaise lounge was all torn up and covered up with a throw blanket.
