Location, location with view on the main square - very good breakfast - comparable room
The room was hot ( no air conditioning ) despite reasonable outside temperature ( mid September).
Lack of lift could be an issue if having large, heavy luggage as the stairs are quite narrow and steep.

Breakfast was amazing, location was superb. There was a heatwave, and my first room did not have air conditioning (but heatwaves are not normal for Poland). My second room did have great air conditioning!

Great location
We knew there was no AC when booking, and had our window open to be comfortable, there is a bit of noise in the area.

the smell of the carpeting was very annoying,
