This is a lovely apartment which is superbly equipped with quality items and furnishings. The beds and pillows especially were very comfortable which isn’t always a given we find. The Granada Park complex itself is very nice, always very clean and tidy. It has 2 pools, one smaller and heated, the larger one not heated and therefore a little cold for February! Most guests here are on all inclusive so the bar is set up for this but we had drinks, cocktails etc from there which were cheap. Evening entertainment isn’t the best and is pretty loud til about 10.30 but we weren’t really around the place most evenings anyway. Didn’t bother us but if you want something completely chilled and quiet at night then it might not be for you. The booking process and preparation for arrival was superb and straightforward as well as extremely hospitable in allowing us to check out late on our final day without us even asking. The only downside for us was slightly on location but that’s our own fault for not looking in greater detail exactly where it is. If you want to spill out onto bars and restaurants from your door then this isn’t ideal. It’s a long walk or a short 5-7 euro taxi to most places. Overall we would definitely rate this apartment and complex very highly and have no reservations in recommending it to others, just look very closely at the location to check it’s right for you.

Weather excellent, noisy in the evenings, big hill to climb if you walk back to Granada Park. But in all fairness we are both late 70’s. Youngsters would probably find it fine. We were self catering so lots of walks to town for the restaurants.

This flat is just perfect… extremely spacious, very well equipped, very clean with a large and beautiful terrace. The host was very helpful and prompt in terms of communication. Definitely recommend it.

This is an excellent apartment, two large bedrooms, two large bathrooms, sitting room and kitchen. Three large glass doors from each bedroom and sitting room open on to a balcony, which gets sun all day, and is the full width of the apartment. It is beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean with everything you could need. It’s drawback for us, two pensioners, is that the hotel offers music and entertainment from a stage by the pools, almost all day. Many people will like and enjoy this but we prefer peace and quiet. It was not in the place indicated by VRBO on the map but a considerable distance beyond that, up a killer hill. It’s about 25 minutes walk to the sea downhill (taxi back €5/€6) Having said that we did enjoy our holiday very much, in no small way because of the lovely apartment.

Beautiful property on a excellent complex. Spotless clean apartment with everything you’ll need for your holiday. Great daytime activities to keep the kids happy. Didn’t see the nighttime entertainment but I believe it’s the same guy who did the daytime. Overall, we loved it and would return for sure.

Although a bit of a walk from Los Cristianos and Las Americas (approx. 15 minutes) the property is beautifully situated between the two offering so much choice of things to do and plenty of restaurants to try. The owner and our on site contact were helpful and informative, really couldn't fault them and we would definitely recommend to friends or relatives. Thank you.

The free bus in the morning takes you to a lovely beach, in our 10 days there we found no need for a car, the hills might be steep, but it was welcome exercise! The heated pool was a lovely temperature even for young children to enjoy so early in the season and the onsite mini mart was great for grabbing essentials! I couldn't fault the accommodation, resort or the location and we found all of the staff helpful and friendly. Dave, the owner, is very quick to respond to e mails, and very helpful at the time of booking and provided us details of who to contact if we needed anything while we were there. We did not need them, but it was peace of mind. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and hope to return there ourselves!

The location of the apartments is ideal for us, being far enough away from the centre of Los Cristianos to be peaceful but near enough for a 4-5 euro taxi ride and Taxis are always available just outside reception. Los Cristianos and Las Americas are great for eating out and the quality of food and choice is exceptional. The pool area is great for relaxing and the bar and supermarket, pretty well stocked and reasonable. We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone and have already booked for next year.

took our daughter & two grand kids 8 &10 super well equipped bags of space, every room has a window, lots of light in every room, very clean , furniture very comfortable. everything 100% Dave it's a credit to you can't fault the apt. the weather was great, main super mercados a nice 20 min walk, cheap taxi back. If you are someone who likes a quiet complex, the entertainment finishes at 11.30.We have recommended this apartment to our friends who have small children as I think this would be the perfect apartment for them. As described the apartment is excellent and is very spacious and clean, being very good value for money. We stayed over the Easter holidays and the only slight drawback was the lack of sunbeds for a few days when it was very busy. Two mornings we had to be downstairs before 8.00 to secure a sun bed. The complex itself is very clean and is perfect if you are looking for a quiet relaxing break.

We stayed here with our two young children, aged 4 and 21 months, and apartment was ideal, very clean and good facilities. It was away from the noise of bars so ideal if you have young children or a looking for an apartment in a quiet location. There was entertainment on site but this normally finished at about 10-30pm so was not a problem. The spacious balcony was great with its two sun loungers and got the sun most of the day. DVD players in every room were great for the children and there was a good selection of DVDs in the apartment. Washing machine was very useful with two young children and although there was a problem with it on arrival it was sorted within 24 hours of reporting, great service. Complex was clean and even made it into the swimming pool which was not too cold considering the time of year! There was also a good pool for children. Apartment was about 20 minute walk, with a pushchair, from Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas but very enjoyable at this time of year and taxis were cheap enough for use in the hotter weather. Large supermarkets within walking distance so not a problem if you are self catering. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre.

We stayed at this apartment in the school summer holidays with our eleven year old. It has a great location being just 10-15 minutes walk from the new Siam Park which we had to visit twice as once is just not enough! The apartment is spotlessly clean and very spacious with excellent facilities. The balcony is huge with two loungers, two lounger chairs and a six seater table - perfect for watching the sun go down with a glass of wine or two. The complex itself is very well run and clean. My son soon made friends with several children as the complex was quite busy with several nationalities. The location is set back from the sea front which we see as a bonus as there is no noisy bars to contend with if you want an early night! However, bars are only a ten minute walk away or there's a taxi rank directly outside. All in all this apartment is perfect for a relaxing/energetic holiday and we will definitely be visiting again soon.

I have stayed at this apartment many times now, for both family holidays with my wife and for holidays with the boys. The apartment is spotless with all the facilities as described so it's easy to eat in if you so choose, or to eat on the complex at the poolside bar or the restaurant, the food is great at either. We tend to eat out as Los Cristianos and Las Americas are within easy walking distance (although we tend to take taxi's back to the apartment) and I have found lots of local bars and restaurants. The nice thing is that if you want English bars and entertainment they're there for the asking, but if you prefer a Spanish feel to your holiday there are lots of friendly Spanish bars and tapas restaurants too. I recommend this apartment to all my friends and intend to return there as often as I can.

As a family of 4 this was our first trip to Tenerife and were very pleased at how close to the airport the apartment was making for a quick and easy drive. Though the airport is so close (15 mins) there is absoloutly no noise from the airport. The apartment was clean, modern, well equipped and quickly felt like home. The complex had a nice mix of nationallities and my two children (11 and 15) soon made friends either in the pool or at the pool tables. The complex offers entertainment each evening ranging from singers, dancers, magicians and much more. There is a free bus service from Granada Park to Los Cristianos and plenty of taxis outside. However we hired a car and explored the whole island. I would return to this apartment and would recommend this property to a friend.

The apartment was lovely and as described. It was spacious, light and airy. The balcony was large and had lovely views over the pools. The general complex was very nice too, very clean and safe for children. We were not so impressed with Los Cristianos itself as it is not a very attractive town. Having said that if you hire a car there is lots to see in Tenerife.

it was a very good stay with good facillities. We found the aparment a bit too small but we had 6 people staying. It would be a great size for 4 people. We found the washing machine very helpful for cleaning our sandy clothes. There are very good local shops which we found very useful as we did not hire a car. The taxi service was brilliant and cheap. The bedrooms were very spacious with loads of storage space. There are two quality bathrooms both with showers which made sharing between 6 people very easy. There wasn't a lot of space to store food but we managed to store enough food for 6 people for 5 days. The only thing you have to worry about is whether you are up early enough to get a sunbed by the pool. The owners have taken very good care of this apartment and keep it clean and in amasing condition. We would love to stay there again but maybe with two less people.
