The staff was very helpful. The appartment is near bus stop, has great location and has all the necessary kitchen equipment, a terrace. We liked our stay at this appartment.

We missed coffee and tea at the appartment.

Las camas y las almohadas muy cómodas al igual que los sofás. Buenas zona para aparcar y sin ruidos.

El ventanal del salón debería tener personas o cristal opaco, para no ser visto desde la calle

The location was good.

There was a serious ant problem in one of the bedroom which wasn't handled well until the end of our stay. It made the staying in the room realy unpleasant. On top of that on our last day we asked to leave our luggage for a few hours in the apartment after check out but we were refused with no explicable reason. We were not happy at all with the company's customer service throughout are stay. It just didn't seem like anyone cared whether we actually have a pleasant stay.
