Location, close to beach, restaurants & shops. View from unit.
Furnishings were basic & in need of updating & unit could do with a good clean. Carpet & cushions to lounge area were stained & dirty, bathroom wc & floors not cleaned properly, dust in corners & hairs on floors & inside shower. Kitchen, cupboards & skirting boards dull of dust & not clean.. Clumps of dust in robe. Outdoor area was very dirty, furniture cushions dirty and cobwebs on windows & ballastrade. .

Nice to the beach, and was very clean.
There was quite a few rules, that included fees attached if not followed, but nevertheless was a great experience.

Comfortable apartment with everything we needed and stone throw from the beach. Nice views and clean apartment building common areas.
The lounge and decorative cushions really need a good clean and the apartment was run down in spots but to be honest nothing that you couldn't just ignore. We just didn't use the decorative cushions because they were quite brown and stained.

Location was great
Not cleaned before we arrived, brought this to their attention so they sent out a cleaner who just made a bed but didn’t clean floors or surfaces. Wasn’t very sanitary and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days.
