Prices. Rooms availability. Breakfast.
Bathroom was of joint use in my case. You can reach this hotel only by taxi.

Breakfast though good- was the same all the time- could have been varieties. Location wise though calm, bit away from city centre but liked it at the end of busy and tiring day for its comfort. The staff were great especially Azod ( may be Azad) was excellent and very helpful and cooperative. We went back to this hotel in our return mostly because of this person.
Breakfast could have been different in different days. All good about the hotel.
