Si tratta di un appartamento composto da due camere da letto, entrambe con due letti singoli. Il primo è accessibile dal soggiorno e consiste in una piccola stanza privata con un divano letto singolo, una camera con due letti singoli e un bagno completo. La seconda camera è molto spaziosa e ha anche un bagno completo e un bagno privato. Il soggiorno dell'appartamento è grande, spazioso, ben arredato e dispone di due balconi esterni che possono essere considerati due piccole terrazze, in quanto è possibile sedersi per leggere, mangiare o gustare un bicchiere di vino guardando la storica Plaza de la Contratación. La cucina, anche se lo sfiato che ha è attraverso il soggiorno, è spaziosa, spaziosa, moderna e completamente attrezzata.

La Plaza de la Contratación si trova proprio accanto all'Alcazar di Siviglia, a pochi metri dalla Cattedrale. È uno dei luoghi più esclusivi della città, nella parte storica di Siviglia. Permette di godere di tutti i monumenti ad un solo passo dall'appartamento. Inoltre, la zona è molto tranquilla in ogni momento, anche se puoi trovare molti ristoranti, tapas bar e negozi nelle vicinanze.

The apartment is pretty big with 2 bedrooms completely separate from each other. The view from the balcony is very nice overseeing the top of the cathedral. You can see all the horse rides from the balcony but not a big fan of the smell from all the horses. Most of the sightseeing places are very close. The apartment is overall a great place to stay at. I would greatly recommend this places.

The well appointed apartment is around the corner from the Cateral and Alcazar. Seville is a walking city with lots of restaurants and beautiful sites to visit. The 2br/2br apartment is very large and the rooms are on the opposite ends of the apartment which provides a lot of privacy. Despite being located on a plaza , we did not hear any outside noise. There are two balconies which we thoroughly enjoyed. Genteel was very easy to deal with and very responsive. I gave the review 4 stars because the apartment did have a bit of a musty smell especially in the bathrooms. It didn’t bother me as much as my roommate due to her asthma issues. In the end, it turned out fine. The other issue was not Genteel’s fault. The tenets above us never seemed to sleep. They always seemed to be moving furniture at all hours of the day. It was a bit maddening. They may be short term renters which mostly likely not effect future renters. I would recommend this apartment.

Payment process was different compared to website. I paid a deposit and was advised that the other half would be paid upon arrival. I tried to prepare and make plans in advance by seeking clarification and was assured that all was in order. However, 2 days before departure, i was urgently advised that payment could not be taken from my bank details. This is because there is nowhere to store bank card details in VRBO's website. I think there are IT integration IT issues and a lack of understanding how the process works between the handover from Home and Away to VRBO. The VRBO website is struggling and wouldn't upload the messages function so both of us couldn't effectively communicate for long periods of time. This made for quite a stressful experience so close to departure along with the last minute changes , running the risk of losing the apartment due to payment deadlines being potentially missed. The apartment check in was very rushed. A welcome pack/folder with useful information would have been beneficial. ie, taxi numbers, left luggage locations, emergency numbers, fire exit information, general house keeping, rubbish recycling if we wished to help out, sight seeing information etc. There were 2 safes are both we're out of action. The WIFI signal is very weak. It would have been beneficial to have some salt and sugar in the kitchen. Quite a few lights didn't work. Musty smell in one of the showers (near the front) and slight mould on tile joints - shower room would benefit from an extractor fan. Overall, a couple of issues with the apartment so there is definitely room for improvement and the website and communications with the property management company is quite poor. The check in person was very pleasant, but it felted rushed. The cost doesn't feel value for money balanced with the overall experience if you bear in mind the communications' experience, website performance issues, apartment offer and face to face contact points.

Located on a small, quiet plaza, this apartment is just a few minutes' walk to the cathedral and palace, and nice walk to tons of restaurants and Plaza de Espana. It's on the third floor, and there is an elevator if needed. The living room is bright and cozy, and the beds are comfortable. The only negative thing is that a few times, a sewer odor drifted up the stairway and into the apartment from downstairs.
