El lugar y en general la comodidad de la casa.

Siendo una casa preciosa, muy descuidados algunos aspectos. Limpieza general de cocina y baños. Con elementos muy viejos de limpieza como estropajos y trapos usados dentro y fuera de muebles. Las sartenes son totalmente inservibles. Toallas viejas y en malas condiciones. Colchones aceptables pero que necesitan cambiarse. Aunque lo advierten en el anuncio, la carencia de wifi es anacrónica. La retención de una fianza de 50 euros que finalmente devuelven en parte (30 euros) es un tanto cutre e inexplicable cuando la reserva supera los 1000 euros. La dificultad para comunicarse con el dueño a la hora de saber como recoger las llaves.

location is in a holiday resort development on a beautiful lake it was chilly in our October stay and there were supplies for a fire in the fireplace which was a special treat

the host does not have whats app telephone number and was VERY difficult to contact; in addition the direction link on booking.com page was incorrect and therefore was difficult to find property; the owner required 50 euros for a heating deposit, which was not noted in the listing, the pans in the kitchen were not adequate and the frying pans had been burned and had peeling teflon surfaces

The location of the house is stunning. It is right at Kenmare Bay/Estuary. When the tide is in the view is beautiful. It is the last house in a small estate and is very quiet. The beds were comfortable.

There was no wifi but we knew that before and the phone reception was very good so we had no issues. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had no issues.
