Horrible

Nothing

They charged me for a pet friendly room and they said they will have all the required stuff for my cats ready. They only thing they offered was a dog treat which I didn’t even need since I was travelling with two cats. I trusted the hotel when they said they will have whatever my pet needs and I had to buy everything myself for them all over again because they had nothing! I didn’t have time for this !!!

C’est un hôtel de proximité avec l’aéroport pour passer une nuit ou 2 , je l’ai pris pour un événement qui se passait à côté à dollars des ormeaux Donc parfait pour moi mais sinon j’aurai été à Montréal

We dont want to stay this hotel.

08/12/2023 we wanted to clean pot ( because we can not eat pork) . From your lady who made an omelette on Monday, She felt to us very disturbing. We were sad especially my children. Because they wanted eat . But we can not eat to let them.

Clean your own rooms!

The staff was really professional and courteous.

Rooms are not cleaned unless you inform them to clean them. It's just like going at a restaurant and if you don't inform them to cook your food, you just pay and nothing happens. This is really ridiculous.

Breakfast was okay.

Coffee not good enough. Price of Breakfast was too high. First morning we had vouchers, second morning we had to pay a huge amount.

Exceptional

Our flight was canceled and the only good thing that happened was our stay! The staff was amazing! We had been stuck at the airport for almost 24 hours and the woman (I didn't get her name) who checked us in waved the early check-in fee for us! We were so exhausted, especially our 3 girls, and that allowed us to rest sooner!

Great and cleanliness is the most important factor we consider.

Good breakfast choices, great coffee Would have liked rye bread for toast

The ceiling in our washroom had an area where the paint was blistered. Also it is good we requested a room away from the highway as it is noisy.
