Location and service are good to accept only

The breakfast buffet had a lot of varieties.

The dinner buffet didn’t have a lot of main course varieties as would have been expected for such a hotel.

The hotel is close to the airport

Room service took more than 1 hour (and meals were of low quality, including the very poor breakfast). Different features of the room were not working or were poorly maintained. This is very unfortunate given the very high cost per night.

I made a 3 Room booking at the Accra Marriot for the 3rd of March 2023 to the 7th of March 2023.  One of the guests who arrived at the property to check in and make the $5000 payment on the property and was met with unprofessional and disrespectful conduct from the staff of Accra Marriott, and to make matters worse, the booking was canceled by the hotel, without prior notice. Marriot Accra offered no apologies , no rectification and all around the worst hotel experience ever. We had to go through the stress of checking into another hotel... Hands down the worst hotel experience

It is close to the airport.

The front desk staff are rude. I had to wait at the lobby for a long while before a room could be allocated to me. The lobby chairs are worn out and tattered. The first night, the front desk never took my calls when I dialed from the room. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling The corridors had molds Poor plumbing work. When the toilet of the room above mine is flushed, I can here the sewage run through my bathroom and downwards. I think this is the worst Marriot ever.
